As a Communication Trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our communication efforts across various channels. You will have the chance to work closely with experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in crafting compelling messages, managing social media, and assisting with internal and external communication strategies. This role is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience, allowing you to develop essential skills in the field of communication.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the communication team to create engaging and effective content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and press releases.
• Assist in the organization and coordination of events, both internal and external, to enhance company visibility and foster positive relationships.
• Monitor and analyze social media trends and engagement to optimize content and communication strategies.
• Support the development and maintenance of internal communication channels to ensure effective information dissemination within the organization.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to contribute valuable insights to the communication strategy.

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and a keen understanding of current trends.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
• A passion for effective communication and a creative approach to problem-solving.
