MISSION OF AN RENEWABLE ENERGY O&M SPECIALIST @ ELAWAN:

The position is part of the Operations and Maintenance area of Elawan Energy's renewable power generation plants globally.

What will you learn with us?

The mission of the position is to coordinate the process of sourcing and/or purchasing of supplies and/or services required for the operations necessary for the maintenance of the assets, in order to optimise the cost-benefit ratio of the work and services performed, in accordance with current regulations, the Group's Safety, Quality and Environmental policies, the established procedures and the guidelines indicated by the corresponding standards set by the manager.

Reporting directly to O&M Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Carry out the tasks inherent to the O&M process in the projects on which he/she is working.
• Help to ensure the performance of installations in accordance with the preventive maintenance plan, as well as corrective maintenance when necessary.
• Interpretation of drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Performing maintenance services on electrical components.
• Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
• Maintenance reports.
• Monitoring reports of operation and maintenance activities.
• Compliance with preventive maintenance plan for all equipment.
• Operation and resolution of existing faults.
• Compliance with all required contractual KPIs (response time, availability, among others).
• Participate in the process of conflict resolution with suppliers when problems arise in the provision of the service.
• Participate in market studies by carrying out value analyses.
• Identify potential suppliers to meet the needs of the company.
• Evaluate suppliers using the Elawan Energy standard.
• Identify opportunities for improvement to enable analysis of the department's activity.
• Internal and external reporting as solicited for ad-hoc requests.
• Additional tasks that may be required to the role.

ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:

REQUIRED EDUCATION: University Degree (BSc.) in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanic/Electronics or related fields). Energy-themed masterships would be highly valued.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Advanced level in Microsoft Office Suite O365. Technical software knowledge (AutoCAD, PVSyst, SCADA and related tools) would be a plus.

OTHER ADDED VALUES: Proficiency in Spanish and English (business level), additional languages viewed favorably.
