EU Business School is seeking a dynamic, organized, and proactive Short Courses Coordinator to join our vibrant Barcelona campus team.
About the Role
As a Short Courses Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering our high-quality short programs, from International Summer School to custom executive courses. You’ll work closely with students, faculty, and partner institutions to ensure a seamless learning experience — from planning and logistics to on-the-ground execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all operational aspects of short courses, from pre-arrival preparation to program wrap-up.
- Liaise with students, faculty, and suppliers to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Support budget tracking, vendor management, and reporting.
- Provide on-site supervision during courses, including events, excursions, and academic sessions.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication with all stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
- A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Previous experience in education, events, or program coordination is an advantage.
We believe a good job is about more than just responsibilities — it’s also about how it fits into your life. Here’s what you can expect:
- 24 days of paid vacation per year — because everyone needs time to disconnect
- One home office day per week after your probation period — a little extra flexibility for your week
- Private health insurance at a highly affordable rate, deducted from your salary
- Discount on gym membership — to help you stay active and well
- Reduced summer working hours — because longer days deserve more free time

Receptionist – The Face of EU Business School
EU Business School · Barcelona, ES
Office
At EU Business School, we believe that the first “hello” sets the tone for everything that follows. That’s why we’re looking for someone who doesn’t just sit at the front desk — but owns it.
As the Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll be the face of our international school, welcoming students from around the globe, supporting faculty and staff, and creating a professional yet warm atmosphere every single day. You’ll be the calm in the chaos, the one who knows what’s going on, and the person everyone trusts to greet, guide, and help with a smile.
Your day will include more than answering phones and booking meeting rooms. You’ll handle day-to-day administrative support, help with logistics, and make sure things run smoothly at the front of the house. You’ll coordinate with different departments, keep the space presentable, and ensure everyone — from first-time visitors to long-time staff — feels like they’re in good hands.
We’re looking for someone who’s organized, confident, and naturally service-minded. You don’t need to know everything, but you do need to be resourceful, detail-oriented, and ready to represent the values of EU Business School. You should be fluent in English, comfortable with Microsoft Office, and bring a presentable, professional attitude to work every day. Any additional languages? That’s a bonus in our multicultural environment.
In return, we offer a dynamic, collaborative workplace where your role really matters. This isn’t just a job — it’s a chance to be at the heart of something international, inspiring, and fast-paced.
