International Recruitment & Business Development Specialist – MENA Region
EU Business School · Barcelona, ES
Office
If you're a natural salesperson who loves people, travel, and freedom – this one’s for you.
This isn’t a 9–5 office job. It’s a role for someone who enjoys being out in the world – talking to people, building trust, and closing deals that make a real difference.
As International Recruitment & Business Development Specialist for the MENA region—which covers key markets across the Middle East, North Africa, and Sub-Saharan Africa—you’ll be the face of EU Business School in a fast-growing, high-potential area. You’ll meet students and their families, speak at schools, work with agents, and represent us at education fairs and events in countries ranging from the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Morocco, Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, and many more.
It’s a role with big goals – and your results directly impact your income. You’ll be supported by an international team based in Barcelona, but how far you go? That’s entirely up to you.
Why sales-driven people love this job
- You control your income. Our bonus system rewards top performers with up to 50% extra on top of your base salary. There’s no cap — the harder you work, the more you earn.
- You own your region. With responsibility over the entire MENSA market, you’ll enjoy real freedom, clear goals, and no micromanagement.
- You travel extensively. Expect to spend 90+ days a year on the road — attending fairs, visiting schools, and meeting partners across diverse and exciting countries.
- You make a meaningful impact. This isn’t just selling a program — you’re helping students and their families make life-changing decisions that open doors to future success.
What you’ll be doing
As the key representative of EU Business School in the MENA region, you’ll play a vital role in driving student recruitment by building trust and long-lasting relationships. Your work will take you across diverse markets, where you’ll visit schools, attend student fairs, and collaborate closely with local agents who share your passion for education. You’ll engage directly with prospective students and their families—both online and face-to-face—guiding them through their educational journey. Hosting presentations and information sessions, following up diligently, and working hand-in-hand with admissions and marketing teams, you will ensure a smooth recruitment process. Throughout, you’ll keep track of your progress and report to the Senior Regional Manager, making sure your efforts align with our broader goals.
Who you are
You’re a natural relationship builder who thrives on connecting with diverse people. Your energy, empathy, and curiosity make every conversation meaningful, and you take pride in helping others feel heard and supported.
Fluency in English and French is essential, as you’ll communicate daily with students, parents, and partners across the MENA region. Arabic language skills are a plus.
You embrace travel as an exciting and rewarding part of the job, eager to explore new cultures and markets without hesitation.
You’re flexible, adaptable, and motivated by making a real difference—not only in students’ lives but in your own career growth.
Most importantly, you understand that through your work, you’re not just recruiting students—you’re helping shape tomorrow’s CEOs, entrepreneurs, and change-makers. This role gives you the unique opportunity to build a powerful, lasting network that will serve you throughout your career.
What we offer
We provide a permanent position based in the vibrant city of Barcelona, where you’ll join a supportive and multicultural team committed to your success. Along with a competitive base salary, you’ll benefit from a generous, uncapped bonus structure—giving you the chance to earn up to 50% more based purely on your performance. The role involves extensive travel, with 90+ days per year spent across the MENA region, allowing you to explore new cultures and markets while growing your professional network. Above all, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping shape the future careers of students while building your own rewarding career within an expanding international education group.
We believe a good job is about more than just responsibilities — it’s also about how it fits into your life. Here’s what you can expect:
- 24 days of paid vacation per year — because everyone needs time to disconnect
- One home office day per week after your probation period — a little extra flexibility for your week
- Private health insurance at a highly affordable rate, deducted from your salary
- Discount on gym membership — to help you stay active and well
- Reduced summer working hours — because longer days deserve more free time

If this sounds like your kind of challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
