About Four Seasons Hotel Madrid

Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, a collection of seven heritage buildings is ideally situated near the business district and close to Madrid’s major tourist attractions. A historical landmark redefining elegance, sophistication and urban luxury, located in Centro Canalejas Madrid.

After a careful restoration, Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, is home to 200 guest rooms including 39 suites, 22 luxury residences, an elegant and dynamic brasserie combining the best of Dani Garcia’s awarded dishes along with a more casual Spanish and International cuisine, an informal gastrobar, where delicious Asian-inspired tapas pair with epicurean signature cocktails, a cutting-edge Spa, stylish function spaces and luxury retail.

Our Internship opportunities

We are looking for passionate hospitality students eager to start their career path with Four Seasons Hotel Madrid. You will have the opportunity to be fully immersed in the field, learning at different levels of responsibility and working in team. As an intern, you will contribute your passion, drive and ideas to ensure that we offer the highest quality in service.

All positions will be available from August 2025, and we are offering opportunities in the following areas:

• F&B- Banquets, Dani, El Patio and In Room Dining
• Culinary- Kitchen and pastry
• Rooms – Front Office, Guest Experience, Concierge and Guest Services
• Sales & Marketing- Sales, Revenue, Reservations, Catering, Public Relations

What We Expect From Our Interns

• Service passion about delivering true genuine guest experiences.
• Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and a team work approach.
• Philosophy aligned with our Golden Rule- people who, by nature, believe in treating others as we would have them treat us.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in both English and Spanish (for culinary internships only Spanish will be requested).
• Legal right to work in Spain at the time of appliyng.
• Possibility of signing an agreement with your school/ university for a full time 6-months period.

The Role Of Spa Receptionist

Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Spa Receptionist to join our team. The Spa Receptionist is responsible for proactively welcoming guests and dealing with all enquiries, being knowledgeable about treatments, products and services offered as well as pricing, and scheduling treatments to maximize use of time within the treatment schedule. The role also includes to take a proactive approach to understanding guest needs and desires.

Other Duties Include

• Welcome the guests at the Spa
• Deal with all mail correspondences
• Take reservations for spa treatments
• Ability to upsell cosmetic products and retail brands within the Spa
• Take the guest for a tour of the spa and explain the facilities offered to guests.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Checking guest in and out, following payment procedures.
• Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable at all times.
• Prepare daily reports.
  
  

Our Ideal Spa Receptionist

As an ambassador of Four Seasons, our ideal Spa Receptionist should represent the brand through excellent grooming, a positive attitude and a warm welcoming smile. Strong interpersonal skills are paramount, as well as the ability to multitask and solve problems. Previous Spa or Hospitality experience is required. Applicants also are required to have a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
