The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and backed by panoramic vistas of the Mediterranean and the surrounding landscapes, the hotel was originally opened in 1929 within an expansive private estate. Currently undergoing restoration and renovation, this stunning historic property is scheduled to open its doors as a Four Seasons resort in June 2024.
Key Responsabilities
- Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Hotel’s Room Service Department to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met: long-range strategic planning for outlet operation.
- Oversee the In Room Dining team.
- The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.
- Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for 24-hour a day in-room dining and in-room private bar services.
- The ability to work closely with the In Room Dining management team and Chefs to design effective menu and amenity options while ensuring excellent product quality at a fair price and attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.
- Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.
- Observe the physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.
Our ideal In Room Dining Assistant Manager candidate will have a special talent and passion for ensuring you and your team deliver the highest of standards consistently and ensuring that our food offering is at the center of our guest experience. You should have a wealth of Food and Beverage experience in luxury hotels, a desire to focus on the development of our team and a creative flair, bringing your personal touch and energy to all our food and beverage experiences. You must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.

We are looking for an IT Intern with a passion for technology and the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you will need to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical team members. A solid understanding of hardware, software, networks, and information management systems is required. You should be comfortable multitasking and supporting various departments with their daily technological needs.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), networks, and computer hardware/software configuration.
- Familiarity with hardware and software technical support: maintenance, repair, and upgrade of devices such as computers, printers, and other tech equipment.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity and data protection.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and knowledge of collaboration tools such as Google Workspace.
- Experience with hospitality management software such as Property Management Systems (PMS), booking systems, and other platforms used in the hotel industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. The Role of the Bell Attendant
The Bell Attendant is an integral part of the Guest Services Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests are well looked after from the start. The Bell Attendant is stationed at the bell stand outside the hotel and greets each guest by name upon arrival and departure. The Bell Attendant transports luggage to the guest room for arrivals and transports luggage for departing guests to the hotel entrance or into temporary storage. The Bell Attendant also provides arriving guests with a hotel orientation.
Greets guests and escorts them to their rooms. Delivers luggage to room upon check-in and
picks up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front
Drive. Maintains proper records of deliveries and pick-ups.
- Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism,
customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel
personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
- Greets all guest passing through lobby and offers them assistance.
- Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
- Performs shoeshine service; picking up shoes from guest room, cleaning and polishing
- Performs errands for guests and the hotel that may require local travel off of the hotel
- Provides a high level of cleanliness in the lobby and luggage storage room.
- Assists guests at the Concierge Desk.
- Assisst with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Door

The Role of Door Attendant:
Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Door Attendant to join our team. The Door Attendant is an integral part of the Guest Services Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests are well looked after from the start. As the first and last impression of the hotel, this high profile department carries a special responsibility. The Door Attendant is stationed at the door stand outside the hotel and greets each guest by name upon arrival and departure. Also the Door Attendant loads and unloads all guest luggage from vehicles and assists guests with general inquiries about the hotel and the local area. Provides a high level of cleanliness in the lobby and luggage storage room.
Our Ideal Door Attendant
Our ideal Door Attendant should represent the brand through excellent grooming, a positive attitude and a warm welcoming smile. Strong interpersonal skills are paramount, as well as the ability to multitask, attention to detail and solve problems. Physical by nature this position requires standing for 8 hours, including under inclement weather, per shift and the ability to lift and push weight. Applicants are desired to have one year of experience in a Door Attendant position. The ideal candidate will have knowledge about the local area. It is required to have driving license. Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
