Lo Que Harás

• Superarás los objetivos de ventas a través de llamadas/correos electrónicos y atraerás prospectos.
• Serás la voz de Fresha: educarás a los socios sobre los beneficios de nuestra plataforma.
• Construirás y mantendrás relaciones, trabajando de cerca con el equipo.
• Te mantendrás organizado con el CRM (HubSpot) para hacer seguimiento y gestionar actividades.

We are looking for an exceptional, highly analytical, intellectually curious, organized self-starter and excellent communicator, to join our Fresh team as Senior Product Manager (Madrid or Milan-based).

You are passionate about working backwards from the customer mixing strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and ability to work effectively across teams.

You will own, oversee and execute strategic, cross-functional projects, strategy updates and internal tool implementations. You will drive functional teams tasks and decision making with your detailed data insights, while maintaining a strong customer focus.

This position will be responsible for leading retail focused experimentation, cross-banner convergence and strategic projects.

The ideal candidate will be strongly analytical, data driven with proven track record of driving cross-functional and -organizational projects, process improvements and delivering results.

You work with minimal direction and move quickly while delivering high-quality outputs. You will work on overlapping projects, so skill in multi-tasking, juggling competing priorities, and organizing your workload are essential.

Key job responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end analysis including scoping, design, data collection, data analysis, creation of recommendations and presentation of results to senior leadership.
• Owning end-to-end strategic/high-level workstreams, such as Fresh/Core convergence and Value Proposition definition
• Driving complex business analysis that identifies opportunities to improve cost structure and profitability.
• CX Product Roadmap: support BRD definition, track product pipeline, run UAT, decide which CX product to deploy in-country
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree
• Robust analytical skills
• Significant product/program management experience and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
• Must be comfortable working in cross-functional teams
• Fluency in standard software including Excel, SQL
• Fluent English skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholder needs in a fast paced environment across geographies
• Python/R knowledge is a plus
• Work closely with international product management, and business stakeholders to align resources to priorities and deliver features to customers
• Lead and influence across different organizations and align diverse teams to a common goal
• Experience working in Grocery (either FMCG or Retail), the candidate will have a good understanding of the grocery industry in one or more locales.
• Master Degree in STEM, or MBA

The Program:

This is a rotational program that consists of 2 weeks of NetSuite specific onboarding followed by two 6-month team assignments on different teams at the Barcelona office, culminating in a final team placement. Additional training will take place throughout the rotation placements. This is a hybrid role requiring a certain number of days in the office, as determined by your team. You will receive exposure to different aspects of the product and/or code base. You will have 10 or so knowledge expansion sessions from security to tech writing to growth, any type of technical program position - either via Zoom or in person. What You’ll Do:

We are seeking best-in-class Junior Software Engineer interested in innovative front-end or full-stack web development who will join us at Oracle NetSuite in Barcelona and who is finishing university this academic year, 2025, without any full-time work experience. You will use your knowledge and creativity to craft and build innovative new systems all the way from requirement definition through design, implementation, testing to deployment and bugfixing. Successful candidates will also be passionate about clean code, quality, and SOLID principles. You will have the opportunity to work on groundbreaking technologies to tackle real-world problems in a collaborative, agile environment.

What You’ll Bring (Objective Minimum Qualifications):

• Computer Science degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math).
• WFH model: hybrid, minimum 3 days in the office.
• Understanding of computer Science principles and ability to learn new concepts quickly such as, software architecture and patterns.
• Full-stack coding skills: mandatory any object-oriented language (e.g. Java, C#, Python, Kotlin); desired any unit testing framework.
