Multinacional ubicada en Zierbena desea incorporar una persona para dar soporte al departamento comercial de la división dedicada a los productos petroquimicos

Será responsable de las siguientes acciones:

• Gestiona los leads:
• Haz las cotizaciones
• Introduce todo en I-connect
• Vuelva a llamar a los clientes
• Asegúrese de que todos los clientes potenciales hayan sido tratados
• Analice el éxito frente a la cotización realizada. Sugerir acciones de mejora
• Apoyo a las licitaciones:
• Encuentre, verifique, cargue todos los documentos administrativos requeridos
• Participa en la cotización (especialmente para las pruebas)
• Introduzca ofertas e intercambios de correo electrónico con los clientes en I-connect
• Nominaciones y pruebas:
• Nominaciones de chequeo de carga semanal o quincenal + Pruebas de laboratorio (fuera de la carga). Verifique dónde está disminuyendo y aumentando por oficina, productos, segmentos e informe a la persona responsabe quién podría tomar medidas.
• Apoyo a la comercialización:
• Dependiendo de la tendencia del negocio para cada segmento, prepare borradores de correo para marketing
• Preparar la lista de clientes para que el departamento de marketing pueda enviar promociones con regularidad
• NPS:
• Compruebe la satisfacción de los clientes haciendo algo de NPS (para las pruebas de laboratorio, por ejemplo)
• Introduzca el NPS en el sistema
• Prospección de nuevos clientes
• Encontrar la lista de nuevos clientes cuando nos centramos en la prospección de un segmento específico

Intertek, a leading provider of ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification) Services for its Industry Services Division, is looking for professionals with ICS N1 and N2 certification for several projects in Spain.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze welding plans, diagrams, and specifications to ensure compliance with standards
• Perform visual inspections of welds to detect surface defects
• Utilize non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques such as radiography, ultrasound, magnetic particles, and liquid penetrants
• Ensure welding procedures are correctly followed and materials meet project specifications
• Prepare detailed reports on inspection and testing results, documenting any defects and corrective actions taken
• Supervise the ongoing welding process, ensuring proper use of equipment and adherence to procedures
• Ensure all welds comply with applicable regulations and standards
• Identify and record non-conformities, overseeing necessary corrective actions

Intertek, a leading provider of ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification) Services, for its Industry Services Division is looking for an E&I Inspectors for a long-term project based at supplier in Tarragona area.

Hard skills:

• Good knowledge of following documents: Wiring, P&ID, Instrument List, Data Sheet, and Electrical Specification
• Knowledge about quality process: inspection notification, punch list management as well as ITP/QCP understanding
• Field electrical/instrument installation inspection experience (preferred experience on Module construction project)
• Applicable standard NFPE70/NEC knowledge
• Knowledge of hazardous area requirements
• Experience as Resident Final Customer E&I inspector (preferred resident experience versus on call inspections)
• Positive teamwork approach: the inspector will be part of a multidisciplinary team performing Mech Completion activities and sharing/escalating potential issues/quality concern to the inspector lead
• Experience on certificate review (OEM certification, ITRs...)
