The Role: Sustainability Associate, Regulatory Product Management

The Team:
This is a team that sits within S&P Global's Sustainable1 (S1) business, an organization focused on Sustainability data, analytics, and solutions; the role will interact with the S1 and SPGI's divisional Sustainability teams as well as with professionals within the sustainability space.
The Impact:
You will play an integral role in the development, buildout and launch of new regulatory & reporting products.
You will work with various internal stakeholders and external customers in defining and executing a strategy around regulatory & reporting products and solutions across a suite of capabilities. Examples of products include European regulation (EU Taxonomy, SFDR), global and regulatory and reporting frameworks (CSRD, ISSB, US SEC, etc.).
What you stand to Gain:
You will be part of a highly visible team that has a direct impact on the execution of our product roadmap and vision.
Responsibilities:
- Work on the execution of the regulatory & reporting product roadmap, with customers and stakeholders to document user/persona workflows, uncover market needs, partner with cross functional teams including Commercial, Research, Technology, Marketing to bring products to the market.
- Oversee the full end-to-end process from a product perspective, including solving issues and prevent any possible delay in the product development process.
- Engage with customers and commercial teams as part of product development to incorporate feedback and evolve the product using agile methodologies, prioritizing work for development resources.
- Ongoing review regulatory updates and include feedback from Commercial teams and customers.
- Develop regulatory & reporting related materials, for internal and/or external use.
- Improve product governance related to ESG by thoroughly documenting methodologies and feedback, in line with changing regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in Product Management/Development experience within the financial industry. Previous consulting experience is a plus
- Experience working within the Agile framework
- Natural curiosity about our products and market trends and how we can serve them
- Experience with ESG market: market needs, competitive landscape, methodologies, regulatory landscape and market trends
- Tech savvy - understand latest technologies for desktop and feed product development
- Ability to influence, negotiate and build trust (SPGI leadership and across S&P Divisions); must be strong communicator
- Self-starter that can work independently with little supervision
- Juggle multiple projects
- Capable of building out and influencing a network of partners and resources from existing pool of talent in and outside ESG teams.
- Command respect with senior audiences both internal and external
- Collaboration across global teams and with multiple functional roles including technology, data & content operations, client services
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.

GIG is currently seeking an Associate Director / Director based out of our London/Madrid/Milan offices
The Global Infrastructure and Project Finance Group (GIG) is responsible for the credit ratings of companies and non-recourse project finance transactions mainly in the transportation, energy, and social infrastructure sectors. Globally, GIG consists of around 80 analysts with backgrounds particularly in project finance, structured credits and corporate finance.
The portfolio includes public and private ratings covering a variety of transaction types, including project finance, corporate finance and structured credits. The issuers include owners of airports, toll roads, ports, rail infrastructure, power plants, oil and gas facilities, renewable assets or public private partnerships. The team's output consists mainly of annual surveillance reviews, new ratings and sector research reports which are published primarily through Fitch's website. The senior analysts present regularly to market participants at conferences and other events.
Based in London, Madrid, Milan you will report to the EMEA Head of Transport Infrastructure. You will be one the few senior GIG representatives in the Fitch office and you will supervise other junior GIG employees, some of them in direct report line. You will have analytical responsibility for new and existing rating transactions primarily within the transport sector (e.g. ports, toll roads and airports), but could also include Energy and Alternative Infrastructure Assets. In addition, you will be involved in the writing and publishing of research projects as well as leading outreach activities for the transport sector.

- Ability to identify quickly the key risk factors in a transaction
- Solid experience over a number of years in analytical roles within a credit rating agency, financial services firm, investment management or corporates within the transport infrastructure sector
- Understanding and exposure to both project finance and corporate structures
- Prior experience in infrastructure sectors
- Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills to support your analysis. Equally, Word and Power Point skills are a requisite
- Demonstrable superior written and verbal communication skills coupled with the ability to formulate and deliver clear and concise opinions within robust analytical rationale
- Fluency in English is a prerequisite
- Show flexibility, be empathetic, fully autonomous and take responsibility of your job
- Have initiative, propose solutions and ideas as well as be able to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced and multi-cultural environment to achieve clear goals
- Be able to appreciate the wider regulatory environment in which Fitch operates.
- Some experience in transportation infrastructure would be an advantage
- Fluency in an additional language than English would be an advantage

¿Qué harás en BBVA - Allianz?
- Gestión de siniestros autos end to end de siniestros especialidad en gestión de daños propios y distintos convenio REGULA, CICOS Y SDM independientemente de su nivel de complejidad, manejando de manera oportuna, eficiente y efectiva.
- Contacto con clientes, proveedores, (abogados, peritos, médicos, etc).
- Realización de todas las gestiones para la resolución del expediente (análisis póliza, coberturas, informes periciales).
- Resolución técnica de los siniestros, utilizando sus conocimientos técnicos.
- Gestión proactiva de lucha contra el fraude.
- Se precisa experiencia en la gestión de siniestros en productos de autos.
- Muy valorable tener conocimientos técnicos a nivel de Formación técnica superior en Derecho, ADE o estudios afines.
- Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas estándar del paquete Microsoft Office.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y gestión de relaciones.
- Persona con alta capacidad analítica y perfil polivalente: proactiva, orientada a resultados y resolutiva, con buenas habilidades comunicativas e interpersonales. ¿Qué te ofrece Allianz?
