MISSION:
The Junior BD Executive is responsible for giving support to the Regional Sales Directors, related both to tenders and orders. Other responsibilities are written below.
JOB DUTIES:
- Act as a Project Leader in Business Development for tenders;
- Review all projects’ details;
- Liase with Regional Sales Director for training sessions and follow-up;
- Revise and follow up KPIs for the BD executives on a yearly basis and track them on a monthly basis;
- Detect and implement improvements within the sales process
- Suggest interdepartmental mapping processes improvements;
- Assure that all orders are being processed correctly;
- Keep good relationship with customers; and
- Handle day-to-day operations of some designated accounts.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- English C1;
- Bachelor´s degree in Business/International Administration, Economics, or any related fields.
- Microsoft Office Package (Excel high level)
- CRM Knowledge (Salesforce is a plus).
- PS: Other languages will be highly appreciated
