About the Role
As the Global Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and developing our global sales team. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market share. You will work closely with our executive team to develop and implement our sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Represent Keepler at industry events and conferences
- Keep current with the latest industry trends and technologies by working alongside the CEO to influence the company's offerings.
- Ensure a data-driven management of the sales process and operations
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership
- Deep understanding of the AI, data, and public cloud landscape
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in Spanish and English
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or a related field
- Master's degree in business administration (MBA) is a plus
