JOB SUMMARY:

Kenes is looking for a highly motivated Junior Product Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and is eager to gain hands-on experience in the global product world. The role does not require prior experience and is not focused on coding or programming, but rather on supporting product operations and delivery.

The Product Coordinator will be responsible for providing daily support to the global Product Manager, focusing on product operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

The goal of the product team is to provide participants with a special user experience at the conferences to increase their engagement and make them want to participate in more of Kenes’ congresses. The product team manages all the products Kenes offers for physical, hybrid, and virtual meetings. The team works closely with clients to tailor products to meet their specific needs, while also bringing innovative ideas and products to the company by researching the market and new technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Product Manager by assisting and implementing product marketing activities.
• Assist with day-to-day product marketing tasks.
• Coordinate delivery and execution with external vendors.
• Work closely with IT to implement products according to clients’ requirements and support them in real time.
• Onsite assistance – Provide real-time support for our products at congresses.
• Collaborate with the Meeting Planner to ensure flawless onsite performance.
• Produce written content for the website and products.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
2. Willingness to travel abroad 4-5 times a year for conferences.
3. English – native or mother tongue level (written and spoken).
4. Strong sales skills & project management skills.
5. Strong team player.
6. Excellent computer skills, including all Microsoft Office programs.
7. Excellent writing & communication skills.
8. Interest in creating, developing, testing, and analyzing new and existing products.
9. Technological and analytical orientation.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
11. Close attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
