About Us
At Mila Homes Marbella SL, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional real estate services in sales, rentals, and property development. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team and contribute to the smooth running of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, email correspondence, and record management.
- Manage and maintain Excel spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and organization.
- Support the team with preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure projects and tasks are completed efficiently.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and office supplies.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Perform any additional administrative tasks as needed.
Key Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) – essential.
- Additional languages are a plus but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Positive energy and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
