Role Overview:

As a Junior Urbanism Product Manager, you will be a key member of our Urbanism Product team in Spain. You will support the development and enhancement of snapland's urbanism-related data and products by working closely with cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include defining product requirements, conducting market research, analyzing user feedback, and driving product improvements. Additionally, you will manage the specification process for customizing snapland’s products and play a role in customer onboarding and success initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business, etc.) to gather and translate user needs into detailed product requirements.
• Assist in the creation, testing, and refinement of snapland’s urbanism-related data products.

Market & User Research:

• Conduct market research to understand urbanism trends and customer needs within the real estate industry.
• Analyze user feedback and data to identify opportunities for product enhancements.

Customer Engagement:

• Support the customization process of snapland’s products to meet specific customer requirements.
• Contribute to onboarding new clients and ensuring their ongoing success with the product.

Project Management:

• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, manage timelines, and ensure the smooth execution of product initiatives.
• Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and business objectives.

Qualifications:

Mandatory:

• Degree in Architecture, Urban Planning (specialized in Urbanism), or a related field.

Preferred:

• Experience in product management or a related role.
• Practical knowledge of urbanism and the real estate industry.
• Comfort working with large datasets and advanced technological tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Experience in client-facing roles or customer success is an advantage.
