To advance the development of an open industry platform for the placement and administration of International Programs, Swiss Re Corporate Solutions established an incubator to develop and bring to market tech solutions for brokers and carriers. This incubator has developed the "Pulse & Network" proposition, a combined offering of a state-of-the-art SaaS application (PULSE), fronting network access and risk pooling as a comprehensive service, aiming to reduce the barriers to entry to the International Program market.

The International Programs Operations team is looking for someone with a driven personality to support the service delivery activities to existing clients and support different stakeholders in all operational aspects to further enhance the proposition.

About the Role

An international Service Delivery Manager reports to the Pulse & Network SDM Team Leader with the key focus on service delivery and ensuring our insurer clients have the appropriate level of support, acting as the key point of contact for program implementation across the network of Swiss Re Corporate Solutions by working closely with many internal departments and external partners.

This role offers the opportunity to leverage your insurance experience in a new and exciting way, to bring something different to the market and support us in our mission to reduce the inherent friction in the delivery of International Programs. In this role you will:
- Drive all program implementation activities and ensure quality, consistency and first-class service delivery in the provision of International Programs written by our P&N clients (including Pre-Quotes, policy & invoice coordination, endorsements handling, service exceptions, amongst others)
- Monitor and report on operational program performance and address issues to ensure agreed service levels are kept within agreed tolerances, taking necessary actions where required by early identification of bottlenecks
- Liaise with International Network Management to address local office under performance and/or breaches to guidelines, as well as to collect and document knowledge of individual network partners and local regulations.
- Liaise with International Financial Management and Technical Accounting teams to understand cash position across program portfolio and support provision of information and updates to the client
- Collaborate with Claims and Claims Operations to ensure the efficient and timely exchange of information with the client

About You

We are looking for a candidate with the following attributed:
- Knowledge of the administration of International Insurance Programs and Commercial Insurance Contracts is a must, with a proven track record in international operations management related activities; ideally working in International Insurance Business environments as Underwriting Support, Program Manager or Service Hub Specialist
- Quality focused, attention to detail and solution oriented, able to simplify the complicated, handling multiple priorities, thinking laterally and working independently.
- Strong client-facing and internal communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to connect and communicate with multiple parties
- Fluent in English is a must; Spanish, German, French and other languages are an asset
- Goal-orientation and commitment to continuous learning
- Team player willing to work in a global, distributed team

For Spain, the base salary range for this position is between EUR 38,000 and EUR 63,000 (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:

- the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,

- the applicant´s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.

In addition to your base salary, Swiss Re offers an attractive performance-based variable compensation component, designed to recognise your achievements. Further you will enjoy a variety of global and location specific benefits.

About the role

The Senior Data Engineer will be a key member of the Data Office team, focused on optimizing our data pipeline of the company-wide Single Version of Truth (SVoT) along with delivering front end analytical solutions leveraging the SVoT. Responsibilities for Senior Analytical Engineer
- Collaborate with your users and stakeholders, understanding their data needs, finding innovative ways to leverage data in their daily processes and inform data-led decisions.
- Deliver and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture to assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.
- Perform complex end-to-ende data analysis to define the target solution design for Analytical Products and our Single Version of Truth (SVoT).
- Collaborate with other members of the Data Office, including data architects, data analysts, dataengineers, analytics engineers and data scientists.
- From business analysis and data modelling to data quality assurance, on a major global program in the Commercial Insurance sector in a fast-moving Agile environment.

About you

Soft skills
- Previous project management or leadership experience in delivering data-related solutions, including leading teams and driving projects to successful completion.

- Good commercial acumen, with a desire to understand detailed requirements and facilitate the process of analyzing solution options and comfortable with making strategic decisions.

Technical skills

- Strong skills in programming languages like Python (Pyspark), Java, and Scala for data manipulation and pipeline development
- Advanced data analysis abilities with proven experience in: - Relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
- NoSQL databases, including MongoDB and Postgres..

- Hands on experience managing pipelines and data quality in Cloud Platform technologies: Databricks, Azure, Snowflake, Palantir Foundry.
- Experience in data modelling and the various methodologies (3nF, etc.).
- Experience using a data modelling tool, Power Designer, Erwin etc. (Beneficial).
- Theoretical and practical understanding of advanced statistical modelling, machine learning, and artificial intelligence is beneficial.

The Security Team is the focal point for all security activities across Swiss Re. We are responsible for cybersecurity engineering and operations, governance, risk, and compliance. We define and advance the company´s security strategy.

As a part of the Security Team, the Privileged Access Management (PAM) team builds and operates the system used for protecting privileged accounts, with exclusive capabilities, at Swiss Re. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join us.

In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for the deployment, automation, and operation of our PAM environment, including both Windows and Linux servers.
- Work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure the seamless deployment and operation of our internally built PAM application.
- Contribute to Swiss Re´s Healthy and transparent risk culture where everyone engages in continuous risk accountability activities.

Key responsibilities:
- Deployment: Assist with the deployment of the internally built PAM API using pipelines and Terraform
- Automation: Build deployment automation for our PAM application using Puppet, Chocolatey, and pipelines. This includes deploying and configuring various Windows servers using Puppet configurations and packaging PAM application components
- Operation: Manage the operation of our PAM environment, primarily consisting of Windows servers and some Linux servers

Your qualifications
