What are we looking for?
At Urbanitae, we are looking for an Office Manager to join our team in the HR department. This role ensures the proper functioning of the office, making sure that workspaces are in optimal condition and providing logistical support to teams and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate office maintenance and cleaning.
- Manage office supplies (materials, coffee, water…)
- Coordinate with external providers and services (maintenance, IT, security…)
- Organize and support internal events, meetings and visits.
- Manage the inventory of office furniture and equipment.
- Assist with the logistics of team travel and business trips.
- Ensure compliance with office safety regulations.
- Experience in office management and/or facilities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of administration.
- An agile environment where your opinions matter and come to life.
- Full-time contract in rapidly growing company.

We aim for a fast and transparent selection process, consisting of 3 phases:
- First call interview with Sandra Sánchez (Head of HR) to assess job-specific abilities. (10 minutes).
- Interview with Sandra Sánchez (Head of HR) to assess cross-functional and technical skills and cultural fit. (30 minutes).
- Final Interview with José López (Head of Strategy) to get to know you. (30 minutes).
