ABOUT THE ROLE
JOB TITLE: Spain Customer Care intern
LOCATION: Madrid
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Paid Internship (legal requirements, 800 euros/month), Full-time.
What you'll do:
You’ll be the point of contact for our WeRoaders through all major channels (Phone, whatsapp and mail) after they’ve booked their dream trip, answering their questions and doubts, and providing them with useful pieces of advice.
You’ll make sure that we have the documents from the passengers, according to the requirements of each tour (ID, driving licence, passport,...), as well as the data we need for the travel insurance.
You’ll check the final payments are made on time.
Participate in our We Bares events to share with our community and meet potential customers.

You are currently based in Madrid, but you have a good level of English.
