About the role:

JOB TITLE: Marketing Assistant (Influencer Marketing & Partnerships) – Spain
LOCATION: Madrid
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Paid internship (university agreement)
REMBOURSEMENT: 800€/month, Full-time

We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team in Spain and support the growth of WeRoad through Influencer Marketing and Brand Partnerships. You’ll work closely with our local Marketing Manager, helping us create cool collaborations, manage influencer campaigns, and build brand love in the Spanish market.
You’ll also collaborate with our international teams, from content to creative to CRM, to ensure everything we do in Spain is on-brand and on-point.

What you will do:

• Support the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns: from scouting creators to briefing, tracking, and reporting.
  
  

• Help identify and manage brand partnership opportunities: from event collabs to product tie-ins.
  
  

• Build relationships with creators, agencies and partners that are aligned with the WeRoad vibe.
  
  

• Work with our content & creative teams to bring ideas to life across platforms (mainly Instagram and TikTok).
  
  

• Support in organising local events and activations to engage our community and build brand awareness.
  
  

• Keep everything organised — from influencer contracts to campaign calendars — so we can scale what works.
  
  

What we are looking for:

• You’re currently based in Madrid and enrolled in a university programme that allows for a convenio (internship agreement).
  
  

• You’re a creative thinker who loves social media, marketing trends, and connecting with people.
  
  

• You’re organised, detail-oriented, and not afraid to manage multiple projects at once.
  
  

• You’re fluent in Spanish and comfortable communicating in English (a must, since you’ll work with international teams).
  
  

• You’re a team player but also take initiative and work independently.
  
  

• And of course… you love to travel and bring good energy wherever you go. You’ve got the WeRoad spirit!
