About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and talented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team, supporting our Korean Emergency Line. This is a remote position, where you will handle urgent customer inquiries, assist with reservations, and provide timely solutions to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Fluency in both Korean and English is mandatory, and prior experience in the travel industry is required. Although this position is 100% remote, training will take place in our office in Mataró, Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for urgent inquiries, assisting with reservations and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
• Track and manage client reservations, ensuring efficient and accurate responses.
• Handle inquiries via the company website, by phone, and email.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a tour operator, travel agency, or hotel reservations department, or at a front desk, is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in Korean and English is a must; additional languages (spoken and written) are a strong plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
