About the Role

As an Account Executive, this is a greenfield role focused on driving net-new revenue. You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from qualification and demo to managing the buying process and closing deals, all while handling multiple prospects simultaneously.

  • Build a strong Mid-Market+ client base across the Spain region.
  • Actively manage your pipeline while developing strategies for sustained, long-term success.

  • Expand your skill set by taking on adjacent responsibilities over time.


Who You Are

  • Experience carrying a net-new revenue quota with consistent overachievement, preferably in selling MarTech, Marketing Automation, or CDP SaaS solutions.
  • Skilled in working within a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment, often involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
  • Growth-minded, always seeking improvement with a disciplined and rigorous approach.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Encouraging, thoughtful, and energetic, with a focus on teamwork.
  • Fully authorized to work in Ireland without restrictions.
