As we are growing our Sales team, we are looking for a rockstar BDR to help us move upmarket 🚀
You will work closely with a team of 3 Account Executives and 1 BDR in generating new business by qualifying leads, driving various outbound campaigns and supporting them in their opportunities. You will also participate to enhance the prospection approach at Alan.
You will be responsible for:
- Generating qualitative meetings to achieve our company objectives: put a strong focus on mapping the companies and stakeholders, working hand in hand with the Account Executive to prepare and deliver quality meetings;
- Developing outbound sales leads and responding to product inquiries, running email campaigns to generate new sales prospects;
- Completing accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in our CRM;
- Representing our company’s products: starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs;
- Understanding, embracing and applying the Alan Smart & Soft selling method: this method stems from the concept that the prospect experience is an inseparable piece of the overall Alan customer experience.
- Have at least one first customer-facing experience (internship, summer job, or else)
- Like warm/cold calling - any experience in prospecting on a previous role would be a big plus
- Are fully bilingual in Spanish, to a level where you can successfully do cold calling in Spanish
- Have at least intermediate level in English
- Have strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Are highly organised with exceptional follow-up skills
- Have empathy and are passionate about understanding and solving prospects' challenges
- Have the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team
- Have a desire to learn fast and make an impact from day one

Como parte de nuestro equipo de ventas, tu objetivo será contactar con el mayor número posible de clientes potenciales y cualificarlos para nuestro equipo de ejecutivos de cuentas.
Trabajarás con bases de datos creadas por nuestro equipo de datos y filtradas para garantizar la calidad de las mismas.Serás el primer punto de contacto para nuestros futuros clientes. Estarás en contacto con perfiles de todos los sectores: directores de hotel, directores generales, farmacéuticos, directores de recursos humanos, etc. Tendrás que entender sus necesidades lo mejor posible, presentarles nuestras soluciones, convencerles de nuestro valor añadido y, por último, conseguir reuniones cualificadas. Para ello, recibirás la mejor formación y haremos todo lo posible para que te sientas lo más cómodo posible en tu nuevo puesto.
✨ Tareas
Este puesto se centra en la prospección Outbound. Con el fin de generar clientes potenciales y desarrollar el negocio, deberás :
- Identificar, contactar y cualificar contactos clave en empresas prospectadas predefinidas
- Utilizar diferentes métodos de automatización para prospectar y llegar a tus objetivos
- Redactar y adaptar plantillas de correo electrónico y secuencias de contacto
- Garantizar el seguimiento comercial multicanal con los clientes potenciales por teléfono y correo electrónico
- Recopilar la información necesaria para cualificar mejor las necesidades y dificultades de nuestros clientes potenciales
- Organizar citas cualificadas para el equipo de ejecutivos de cuentas
- Trabjar mano a mano con los con los ejecutivos de cuentas para reforzar la colaboración y optimizar la calidad de los clientes potenciales
- Utilizar y enriquecer diariamente nuestro CRM Salesforce
- Ante todo, buscamos a alguien con personalidad, motivado y que le guste hablar con la gente
- Eres organizado, sabes escuchar y eres persistente
- Te caracterizas por tu espíritu de equipo y tus excelentes habilidades interpersonales, y te gusta asumir constantemente nuevos retos
- Te sientes cómodo llamando y hablando en frío, y te gusta hacerlo
- Te gusta que te incentiven y te desafía el funcionamiento de la retribución variable
- Se valorará el conocimiento de un CRM (especialmente Salesforce) y de métodos de venta (p. ej. SPIN)
- Lengua materna español, fluidez en inglés. Conocimientos de francés son un plus
