En esta ocasión nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Gerente, para una de las mayores Asociaciones de discapacidad de Almería, actualmente con más de 500 empleados en diversos sectores.
Cómo Gerente serás la figura responsable de liderar el proyecto de crecimiento de la Asociación, siendo responsable de liderar la gestión financiera, así cómo el liderazgo de equipos e implantación de la estrategia a seguir.
Cómo Gerente de la Asociación y basado en ALMERÍA tus funciones serán:
Diseñar e implementar estrategias de crecimiento y posicionamiento en el mercado
Gestionar Cartera de clientes y liderar participación en licitaciones público/privadas
Optimizar procesos productivos y liderar equipos para alcanzar los objetivos de la organización
Elaboración del presupuesto anual de la entidad
Analizar la rentabilidad de los proyectos y evaluar posibles inversiones
Participación en la planificación estratégica de la compañía.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de normas contables, fiscales y de auditoría.
Implantación de ERP.
Implantación de herramientas metodológicas e informáticas de control de la actividad. Evaluación, Implantación y seguimiento de KPI´s.
Qué experiencia y formación valoramos
- Licenciatura/diplomatura/grado/master en administración y dirección de empresas o contabilidad y finanzas o titulación equivalente similar.
- Experiencia profesional cómo Director financiero de una entidad social, fundación, asociación vinculadas al tercer sector.
- Muy Valorable experiencia cómo Director Financiero en empresa privada de servicios ó Centros especiales de empleo
- Experiencia implantando nuevos ERPs en el área financiera.
- Imprescindible haber liderado equipos con anterioridad.

Key Responsabilities
- Assists with front-line tasks in support of professional medical education initiatives, and follows administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.

¿Cómo será tu día a día?
Funciones:
- Tramitar las solicitudes de prestación por cese de actividad de los trabajadores autónomos (CATA).
- Elaborar estadísticas mensuales, reportando los datos para su análisis.
- Comunicar altas y bajas de la prestación CATA a la TGSS con periodicidad mensual.
- Verificar y autorizar los pagos generados de la prestación CATA.
- Verificar el cumplimiento de los requisitos necesarios para el reconocimiento o denegación en su caso.
- Ser el referente en la gestión del expediente comunicando los reconocimientos y denegaciones que correspondan, resolviendo las consultas de los clientes externos e internos.
- Atender las consultas telefónicas o vía correo electrónico relacionadas con la prestación CATA.
