What You Will Do
Customer relationship
- Engage proactively with customers in Omnichannel Campaigns - cold calling to specific segmentation
- Non-Core Specialties teleselling support
- Tier C and D full portfolio teleselling support
- Handle standard customer product questions and objections consistent with sales training
- Collaborate with SMs, Marketing and Customer Engagement teams to search for new targets through systematic assessment of market trends, unmet customer needs and competitive activity
- Lead management from Omnichannel Campaigns - Lead follow up form OneForce to the first and upcoming remote interactions
- Lead qualification based on customer insights detected in the remote 1:1 interactions - Lead scoring with the Customer Engagement Manager
- Handover to the Sales Rep for a demo in the case of hot Leads
- Follow up of Medium Leads – target them with the Customer Engagement Manager
- One year internship.
- Full time

- 1000 € per month.
