- Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, impulsando el crecimiento en el área asignada.

Formación Técnica/Superior o Postgrado equivalente en Marketing y/o Ventas.
Más de 5 años de experiencia en venta directa y desarrollo comercial en el sector de Protección contra Incendios, con un profundo conocimiento del mercado.
Conocimientos sobre normativas y estándares de instalación, diseño de alarmas contra incendios y sistemas de evacuación por voz, serán valorables.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto técnicas como interpersonales, con capacidad para explicar conceptos complejos de manera clara.
Iniciativa, dinamismo y proactividad, con capacidad para afrontar desafíos. Capacidad para trabajar con objetivos y KPIs, así como para autocontrolar el propio desempeño.
Disponibilidad para viajar, llevando la innovación y la seguridad donde más se necesita.

La posición de Visitador Médico tiene como principal cometido el asesoramiento científico-técnico a nuestros clientes sobre nuestros medicamentos, con el objetivo de promover la venta y el conocimiento de los mismos dentro del entorno sanitario.
Además estará encargado de iniciar, promover y mantener actividades que permitan un mejor conocimiento de los productos de la Compañía, mediante el diseño, desarrollo y realización actividades específicas para dicho fin (charlas divulgativas con especialistas médicos, asistencia a congresos, participación en actividades de promoción de la salud, etc...).
Para la consecución de los objetivos del puesto, es importante tener en cuenta que tanto el estudio como la formación en patología y producto han de ser continuas.
Principales Funciones De La Posición
- Promoción de información científica sobre medicamentos de Janssen dentro del entorno sanitario con el objetivo de venta de dichos productos.
- Identificación de asistentes, diseño y organización de charlas y simposios orientados a la comunidad médica. La finalidad de esta práctica consiste en poder realizar una explicación en profundidad de nuestros productos, además de poder recabar información científica de utilidad por parte de los clínicos que permita posteriormente la puesta en marcha de planes de acción.
- Análisis de las necesidades del territorio y de la cartera de clientes, con el consecuente plan de acción en caso necesario.
- Reporte y análisis de la situación de ventas de su zona a través de herramientas de CRM (Vinci).
- Gestión de presupuesto asignado.
- Asistencia a congresos relacionados con los productos y patología de la Unidad de Negocio.
- Realiza seguimiento y promoción de todos los procesos de definidos y aplicables en base a nuestra regulación, normas y procedimientos establecidos por la Compañía, y notificará cualquier anomalía o incumplimiento a su superior inmediato o a la autoridad competente en dicho caso.
- Notificar todas las sospechas de reacción adversa, grave o leves de las que pueda tener conocimiento en un plazo máximo de 24h tras tener conocimiento de la misma y comunicarla al Dpto. de Farmacovigilancia.
- Cumple con todos los requisitos de formación específicos para el puesto.
- Garantizar que los requisitos de informes de seguridad (informes AE/PQC oportunos) según lo establecido en las políticas de la empresa y los SOP (procedimientos operativos estándar) se cumplan y gestionen adecuadamente al planificar proyectos, desarrollar materiales, ejecutar proyectos y contratar proveedores.

To maximize company product value through high scientific quality communication with Leading Specialists on a peer-to-peer basis. Accordingly, to strategic lines of Medical Affairs Plan, the MSL is jointly responsible for achieving short-term and long-term company goals at local level.
To be a therapeutic area scientific expert, responsible for discussing our products, patients’ treatment trends and studies in the therapeutic areas in which we are involved, on a peer-to-peer basis with a defined audience of Leading Specialists (Physicians, Pharmacists, Hospital Managers, Board Members of Scientific Societies, and other stakeholders) and to be considered an internal and external trusted scientific counterpart.
MSLs should have their own Activity Plan and personal objectives. The Individual Activity Plans must be based on the MSLs Country Activity Plan, which is aligned with the Medical Affairs Component of the relevant Brand Plans
- To keep abreast of medical and scientific knowledge.
- Continuous update on products, patient’s treatment trends, clinical activities and studies conducted within the therapeutic area in their region.
- Development and maintenance of a contact network with Leading Specialists.
- Understand their needs, key value drivers, practical treatment patterns and scientific activities within therapeutic area
- Communicate value of company products, incl. clinical questionnaire discussions
- Through scientific interactions, communicate medical benefits of products and contribute to foster innovative approaches
- Represent the company within professional associations in the therapeutic area in cooperation with Medical Affairs/ Medical Education and other positions in the Medical Affairs Department
- Proactive and reactive communication of medical scientific data according to following criteria
- Proactive Scientific Communication to Leading Specialists must be consistent with the last approved Summary of Product Characteristics regarding the safe and effective use of approved products in approved indications. Content of Scientific Communication should be highly scientific, accurate, fair and objective, based on an up-to-date evaluation of all relevant evidence and reflect that evidence clearly, using neither marketing claims nor brand name.
- In some very specific circumstances, the MSL can interact proactively with non-Leading Specialists. The program should be clearly defined in the MSL Country Activity Plan, providing the rational, the objective, content, timelines and selection criteria of the HCPs to be involved.
- Description of R&D programs and discussing regulatory developments with no promotional intent are also part of Scientific Communication.
- Reactive Communication of medical scientific data can be provided upon request to any Health Care Professional, within the approved label or off-label. The request should come either directly from the HCP or via the Medical Information department. MSLs are required to document all off-label information requests they receive from Leading Specialists and other HCPs that they may interact with
- Organization and participation in Medical Education activities, at local &/regional level:
- Identify/support/educate speakers
- Build Medical Education programs with scientific third party
- Collaborate with Medical Education manager in National Medical education activities
- Provide scientific material under request. MSLs may initiate discussion with potential speakers, discussing documents/ slides which may be of help for future presentations.
- Organization and participation in Advisory Boards in cooperation with Medical Affairs/Medical Education/other positions in the Medical Affairs Department.

- Provision of scientific support to company Sales Representatives and other company representatives

- Support the set up and follow up of local company sponsored studies, registries and other non-interventional Medical Affairs studies
- Propose investigators and sites for interventional and non-interventional Medical Affairs studies.
- Participate in investigator meetings preparation, recruitment follow-up and study result presentation.
- Receive investigator proposals for IIS and ensure they are discussed within the Medical Affairs department for decision.
- Through scientific interactions, gain valuable insight into treatment patterns and scientific activities in the therapeutic area and provide input and a strategic view to the company Medical Affairs Plan / business decision-making.
- Observes and promotes all regulatory requirements as defined in applicable regulations, rules and procedures established by the Company, including but not limited to Health Care Business Integrity and Pharmacovigilance
- Follow principles, procedures and training included in SAFE Fleet program.
- GCO collaboration: Support GCO studies when needed through the identification of potential sites and facilitating a direct contact with leading specialists.
- Report all suspected adverse reactions, serious or non serious, I may be aware of within a maximum of 24 hours after being aware of it and communicate it to the Pharmacovigilance Department.
- Ensure safety reporting requirements (timely AE/PQC reporting) as set out in company policies and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are met and appropriately managed when planning projects, developing materials, executing projects and contracting vendors.
- Ensure HCC and legal requirements (Fair Market Value, Transfer of Value rules, Promotional Materials rules) are fully understood, appropriately managed and complied with when planning projects, developing materials, executing projects and contracting vendors.
- Ensure inspection readiness with respect to personal training compliance, and availability of recent CV and individualized Job Description.

Essential Knowledge & Skills
- Scientific degree: Medical Doctor, Pharmaceutical or Nature Science university degree, or related qualification (i.e. psychology degree)

Key Responsibilities
Therapy Development:
- The main goal of the Therapy Development Consultant is to establish Impella & Heart Recovery as new Standard of Care in Murcia and Surrounding Areas in conjunction with our local distribution partner. This will be achieved through:
- Establish our brand and provide training to MDs & hospital staff about the appropriate use of Impella ensuring excellent clinical outcomes.
- Leverage existing accounts for deeper and wider Impella Therapy penetration and build relationships with critical decision makers and KOL'S in the assigned area.
- Enable and drive our patient growth and clinical performance in key centers
- Throughout the region for all our indications (by priority). Coordinate our strategy with partners, implement/lead clinical activities and establish a transparent case reporting like our direct distribution markets.
- Initiate and coordinate Abiomed customer training programs to develop/expand physician skills to drive the Impella adoption in active sites as well in new sites.
- Establish 100% onsite support for elective cases, prioritize patient implant support and bed side visits in ICU-CCU to other tasks as the strongest therapy improvement and adoption driver.
- Improve patient outcomes constantly by implementing latest Abiomed clinical strategies, supporting clinical staff within the cath lab, OR and ICU. Perform After Action Reviews with MD’s following each case.
- Establish peer-to-peer networks across the region to share best practices.
- Plan regular visits to all institutions with active Impella programs to monitor activity and collect clinically relevant data.
- Distribution partners support: Establish strong relationships with our distribution partner contacts and manage them.
Education
- Nursing or perfusionist degree required (degree required, advanced degree preferred).
- Cardiology experience required (ICU/CCU/CVICU, Cath Lab, CVOR, EP, etc.). ICU experience preferred.
- Proven expertise with Impella heart pumps and other Abiomed devices.
- Passion for training and education and be recognized as a “clinical expert”.
- Previous education or preceptor experience preferred including classroom-based (in-person and/or virtual), field- based, and/or simulation-based teaching expertise.
- Instructional design and curriculum development experience preferred.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience in medical device, biopharma, healthcare, or another regulated field is a plus.
- Must demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate in international audience of healthcare professionals.
- Must be self-motivated, flexible, take initiative, goal-oriented, open-minded, great teammate, and exercise independent judgment.
- Strong communication skills to discuss products and therapy in an academic environment.
- Experience in collaboration across departments (Marketing, Sales, Training, Physician Education, etc.).
- Fluent in English & Spanish, further languages are a plus.

What You Will Do

How You Will Do It
