- Coordinate the service engineers in the UK, to make sure everything goes smoothly with the arrangement and supply
- Process, monitor, and follow up on customers' purchasing orders and maintenance agreements
- Plan and renew contracts
- Manage invoicing such as creation, corrections, and the return of material activities
- Assist in further developing the KPIs in the target region
- Ofc for this type of role communication between other departments such sales, logistics, finance, and production, is crucial to keep all aware of customer activities
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or logistics.
- Proficient in MS Office packages and Outlook. Knowledge of Oracle R12, incoterms, payment terms, and CRM is a plus.
- Strong communication and administration skills, fast learner, and a team player.
- Flexible, multitasker, and adaptable to changes.
- Proactive attitude, with the ability to make decisions when necessary.
- Temporary contract - 6 months
