We’re looking for an Operations Director to take charge of Crewin.com, an online superyacht job board with over 10,000 crew on the books and a platform packed with industry-leading features.

Over the past four years, we’ve built a solid foundation with strong social media outreach (150,000+ followers) and a growing user base. We’re currently breaking even, but the company is in its early stages and ready for someone to step in, shake things up, and start creating real business opportunities.

The Role

As Operations Director, you will:

• Drive growth by networking with recruiters and captains, ensuring they choose Crewin.com for their staffing and flight booking needs (we’re cheaper and more efficient than competitors).

• Develop partnerships with key stakeholders in the superyacht industry.

• Optimise operations and ensure the business runs smoothly.

• Collaborate with a Marketing Director (also being recruited) to elevate brand visibility and drive engagement.

• Leverage existing resources, including a strong crew following and a well-built platform, to create business opportunities and expand our reach.

The company director, who has extensive industry experience, will be available for support but is stepping back from daily operations due to health reasons.

What We’re Offering

This is an equity-based role for now. Instead of a salary, we’re offering up to 24% equity in the company, depending on the time commitment and goals achieved. This equity is not shared with the Marketing Director; each role is eligible for up to 24%, based on performance and milestones.
