- Engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound channels to set appointments and close sales
- Understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of the DTC Brand's products and services
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and conversion
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
- Proven experience in sales development or a related role within the e-commerce industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively close sales
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales productivity tools
- Ability to work full-time (30-40 hours per week) in the CET time zone
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
