Job Summary:


We are seeking an energetic and proactive Office Assistant to join our team in a multinational Healthcare company. This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, providing excellent administrative and customer support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and capable of handling a variety of tasks with attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate office supplies, ensuring that inventory is well-stocked and that all office equipment is in working order.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain office filing and organizational systems.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support office management and staff.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
  • Proactive, positive, and service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred:

  • Experience in an office environment or customer service role.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
