Your Mission:

• Manage customer orders and coordinate deliveries
• Oversee logistics and shipping documentation (Incoterms, customs, etc.)
• Resolve customer inquiries and ensure top-notch service
• Monitor KPIs and suggest improvements for better efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance)

We're Looking for:

• Advanced Office skills
• Strong knowledge of international logistics & documentation
• Fluent English (other languages are a plus!)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Immediate incorporation
