What You Will Be Doing
- You lead the People team, providing guidance, support, and sparring to team members.
- You act as a senior advisor to the Leadership Team on all issues related to human capital, including change management, organizational design, performance issues, and culture development.
- You proactively translate business needs and strategies into HR solutions.
- You continuously assess and prioritize staffing needs in close collaboration with hiring managers.
- You develop and permanently optimize high-quality HR processes and programs across the entire employee lifecycle to enhance engagement, retention, and development.
- You lead and collaborate on local and global HR projects to drive organizational growth and efficiency.
- You are responsible for the HR budget, ensuring effective use of resources.
- You maintain people data and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- You ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations as well as global HR policies.
- Manages: 3-10 direct reports
- You have several years of experience in a comparable position, ideally in an industrial company.
- You have proven experience in leading and developing an HR team.
- You have experience and a proven track record in developing and implementing a performance-oriented culture.
- You have solid knowledge of labor law.
- You are willing to work hands-on across all people processes when needed.
- You possess excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are eager to contribute to the growth and success of the team.
- You excel at building and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of individuals.
- You demonstrate strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience: Management Role
- Spanish: C1 – Advanced
- English: C1 – Advanced
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, or Labor Law.
- You are familiar with corporate environments and matrix organizations.
- You are proficient in SAP HCM and advanced in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Reports to: Global HR BP Operations
