• Provide Level 1 support.
• Conduct proactive monitoring to prevent bugs and incidents.
• Log and report issues to other teams.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

Required:

• CFGS in Systems Administration or a degree in Computer Science.
• Basicknowledgeof:
  • Linux/Windows operating systems.
  • Databases (SQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Scripting languages such as Shell and Python.

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
• Networking knowledge.
• Experience with Airflow.
• Understanding of telecommunication networks.
• Knowledge of Databricks.
• Experience with Azure.

• Ability to learn independently about new systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to customer service.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset, initiative, and a drive for continuous learning.
• Capable of engaging with both technical clients and non-technical staff.
