He/She will be responsible for marketing the vaping brand in Spain (EVP Tier 1). He/she will be responsible for the development of brand image, its brand guideline and all product launches and portfolio extensions.
Reporting to the BU Director the professional will:
- Create Portfolio Brand Objectives, Targets, Equity & Strategy within the Establish the portfolio brand baseline performance. Define expected investment profile and timelines. Ensure timelines are in place to monitor progress against objectives and targets.
- Develop Portfolio Brand Activation. Based on the defined portfolio brand equity strategy and agreed initiatives, select the purpose of the activation & define the campaign details.
- Establish potential product gaps, redundancies or opportunities to define the portfolio brand product portfolio strategy.
- Oversee and assist in the creation of all channel and online materials so that they speak and breathe the brand image.
- Align with the brand central office (Category and Region) in regular basis objectives, strategy & marketing campaigns throughout the fiscal year.
- Establish and maintain continuous relationships with Region and Category
- Fully analyse and understand the competitive environment of the
- Coordinate launches and portfolio extensions according to the needs of the Working and creating together with Region and Category stakeholders all related to names, packagins, flavours, etc...
- Work closely with sales, digital and trade staff to conceptualise marketing campaigns and
- Understand the company's vision, mission, objectives, products and services to represent the voice and personality of the brand at various events.
- Inform customers, retailers and distributors about our Monitor customer feedback and escalate complaints. Track customer preferences, metrics and media campaigns.
- Educate internal and external stakeholders about the brand and its image and
- Represent the brand at product launches, events and trade
- Contribute ideas and participate in training courses and
- Maintain a positive brand image at all
- He/she will be responsible for internal and external brand communications.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- 7 years of relevant experience as Product/brand Manager in a relevant FMCG company
- Degree / Marketing post degree courses or MBA desirable.
- English: Very High.
- Marketing fundamentals.
- Research tools.
- Legal framework
- Manage Microsoft Office (Very high in PPT and Excel).
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills (proactive, enthusiastic, multitasking, flexible, creative & innovative).
- Ability to manage projects in an efficient and effective way at international environment.
