What do you have to offer?

- Have experience as (Large Enterprise) Application Service Desk Agent using eBlox Payroll 

- Easily make connections and have an analytical insight

- Speak fluently Dutch and English (and French as a nice to have)

- Be communicative, hands-on and customer-focused

- Be a true team player who is flexible and eager to learn

- Have a decent IT knowledge

Which task can you expect?

- Providing functional support regarding the use of the various applications for pay & personnel management with an initial focus on "Other Applications" (all applications in addition to the main eBlox Payroll and eBlox HR products e.g. Application Loader, eDox, eBloxTransX, WebTransX, ...)

- Troubleshooting customers’ issues regarding the use, maintenance, and management of the different packages as well as login and authentication issues

- Advising and supporting the internal employees (payroll advisors)

- Efficiently supporting products & processes

- Documenting and reporting on problems

- In consultation with your colleagues, formulating your suggestions to internal analysts/specialists of the pay packages

- Drafting and maintaining general documentation
