For our school in Les Corts-Sants we are looking for an Academic Coordinator to join our team!

As Academic Coordinator, You Will Be Responsible For

• Follow up and guiding your teachers in class preparation, student evaluation and other events. And provide them with any material and resources they might need.
• Carrying out follow-up of the students (progress, attendance, grades, homework, development, meetings...).
• Conducting evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.
• Constant training to ensure excellence in your work.
• Oral tests
• Constant communication with families to ensure students progress is sucessfull
• Correct term reports done by teachers
• Support teachers in private parent meetings
• Be the reference in everything related to methodology and student learning
• Conduct team meetings and parent meetings (private and groupal)
• Audit the teachers and give proper feedback
• Conduct substitute classes when there are sick teachers
  
  

Requirements

• Teaching experience
• Experience dealing with kids (crying, behaviour management resources, motivation...)
• Spanish native level (Catalan is a plus)
• Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher).
• Have a Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record. HOW TO OBTAIN THE CERTIFICATE OF SEXUAL OFFENCES IN SPAIN
