Role description:
We are looking for a talented and motivated individual who wants to progress their career with a growing global consultancy, working on challenging and often ground-breaking projects to join our team in Madrid (Spain).
Working with the Sustainable Operation (SO) team, the environmental graduate consultant will collaborate with the existing SO team and will have the chance to work in innovative projects related to Environmental management and assessment.
Role accountabilities:
Support for Senior Consultants:
- Assisting with the performance of Environmental Due Diligence (EDD) and Site Due Diligence (SDD)
- Assisting to produce technical environmental reports
- Assisting to perform air, waste, asbestos and water assessments
- Collaborating with identification and review of new environmental regulations
- Working together with the environmental team
- Supporting with day to day tasks within the SO department
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental management (mandatory ongoing studies).
- A high level of English and Spanish is essential
- Knowledge of environmental regulations will be valuable
- Interest in environmental due diligence, environmental permitting and other environmental assessments
- Technical acumen and analytical mindset
- Proactive and forthcoming attitude

Working with the Sustainable Advisory (SA) team, the sustainability graduate consultant will collaborate with the existing SA team and will have the chance to work in innovative projects related to Sustainability.
Role accountabilities:
Support for Senior Consultants:
- Assisting on definition of Sustainability strategies and reporting (i.e. CSRD, TCFD, CDP, etc.)
- Assisting with the performance of climate risk assessments
- Performing energy and carbon analysis (i.e. GHG protocol and/or ISO 16756-1)
- Assisting to produce technical reports
- Assisting with the data collection for sustainability reports
- Analysing data collected to help with performance monitoring
- Supporting with day to day tasks within the SA department
- Collecting data and aiding reporting for various EU legislative regulations – Including SFDR, EU Taxonomy, CSRD, future CSDDD, etc.
- Working together with the sustainability team
- Assist in research into new business models & circularity.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability or Environmental management (mandatory ongoing studies).
- A high level of English and Spanish is essential
- Knowledge of sustainability reporting and strategy will be valuable
- Interest in climate risk assessment, water assessment, air emissions, social audits, etc.
- Technical acumen and analytical mindset
