Job Description

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be part of our corporate team, working closely with various departments to transform data into insights and value-added solutions that support strategic decision making and improve performance across the organization.
Your missions
- Design, develop and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems
- Collect, clean and process structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to uncover trends and patterns

What You'll Do:

Your Mission:

Objetivo del Puesto
Analizar, interpretar y reportar datos de consumo energético en los hoteles de la compañía, con el objetivo de detectar patrones de uso, identificar oportunidades de eficiencia energética y proponer mejoras sostenibles que contribuyan a la reducción del consumo y los costos asociados.
Responsabilidades Principales
- Recopilar, organizar y validar datos de consumo energético (electricidad, gas, agua, etc.) de los diferentes hoteles de la compañía.
- Desarrollar dashboards e informes periódicos (semanales, mensuales, anuales) sobre el comportamiento energético de cada instalación.
- Identificar patrones de consumo, ineficiencias o desviaciones mediante análisis estadísticos y modelado de datos.
- Generar proyecciones y simulaciones de consumo según distintos escenarios operativos.
- Proponer acciones correctivas y mejoras técnicas o de comportamiento orientadas al ahorro energético.
- Colaborar con los equipos de mantenimiento y operaciones para implementar y hacer seguimiento de las acciones recomendadas.
- Apoyar en la implementación y seguimiento de sistemas de gestión energética (por ejemplo, ISO 50001).
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre nuevas tecnologías, normativas y mejores prácticas en eficiencia energética aplicadas al sector hotelero.
Requisitos
- Título universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Energética, Estadística, Matemáticas o carreras afines.
- Técnico Superior en Mantenimiento de Instalaciones Térmicas y de Fluidos.
- Técnico Superior en Eficiencia Energética y Energía Solar Térmica.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en análisis de datos energéticos o en funciones similares.
- Valorable experiencia en el sector hotelero o en edificios de gran consumo energético.
- Dominio de herramientas de análisis de datos (Excel avanzado, Power BI, etc.).
- Conocimientos de programación para análisis (Python, R, SQL – deseable).
- Familiaridad con sistemas de gestión energética y normativas de eficiencia energética.
- Capacidad analítica y orientación a resultados.
- Buena redacción de informes técnicos y ejecutivos.
