The Role

As a Data Analyst, you’ll help our customers get up and running on Affinity by importing their data and setting up the platform to support their workflows. You’ll work closely with our Onboarding, Implementation, and Customer Success teams, and play a key role in communicating directly with customers to gather requirements, set expectations, and deliver clear, actionable reports that demonstrate the value of their data setup.

What you’ll do:

• Import and transform customer CSV data into Affinity and configure tables, lists, and fields so that customers can hit the ground running.
• Manage the data import queue with discipline — tracking status, ETA, priority, and next steps for every import.
• Clean, deduplicate, and validate data to ensure high-quality imports.
• Work with Onboarding and Implementation teams to map customer data to Affinity’s data model.
• Lead requirements-gathering conversations with customers to understand their data structures, workflows, and reporting needs.
• Translate customer requirements into well-structured data configurations and reports that align with their business goals.
• Build and deliver clear reports and dashboards for customers that surface key insights from their imported data.
• Communicate proactively with customers to clarify data formats, align on timelines, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the onboarding process.
• Leverage AI tools to automate and templatize repeatable workflows.
  
  

• Excel / Google Sheets power user — comfortable with VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, and text manipulation.
• Strong client communication skills, with the ability to lead requirements-gathering conversations, ask the right questions, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Confident communicator who can present data findings and reports to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise way.
• Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms or database concepts (fields, records, relationships).
• Good communication skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple imports with competing deadlines.
• Manage the data import queue with discipline — tracking status, ETA, priority, and next steps for every import.
• Experience with data analytics, reporting, or dashboard building (Looker, Tableau, or similar).

Buscamos un perfil de Business Intelligence / Data Analytics con experiencia en entornos SQL Server, Power BI y SQL Server Analisys services (SSAS), capaz de entender procesos de negocio, extraer y transformar información desde sistemas ERP y construir soluciones analíticas fiables para la toma de decisiones.

Será responsable de diseñar, desarrollar y evolucionar modelos de datos, informes y cuadros de mando corporativos, actuando como puente entre negocio, IT y áreas funcionales.

Funciones principales:

• Analizar necesidades de negocio y traducirlas en soluciones de datos, informes y modelos analíticos.
• Diseñar y desarrollar modelos de datos corporativos y participar en la definición, seguimiento y optimización de KPIs en PowerBI.
• Extraer, transformar e integrar datos desde SAP HANA y otras fuentes corporativas.
• Desarrollar y mantener modelos semánticos en SSAS Tabular.
• Participar en la mejora continua de los procesos relacionados con datos y reporting.
• Documentar modelos, informes, procesos y buenas prácticas.+-

Requisitos:

• Formación en FP2 informática, Ingeniería, Informática, Estadística, Data Analytics o similar.
• Experiencia mínima de 1-2 años en Business Intelligence / Data Analytics.
• Conocimientos de Power BI.
• Conocimientos de SQL y bases de datos.
• Conocimientos de SSAS
• Capacidad analítica y orientación a la resolución de problemas.
• Capacidad para trabajar con equipos de negocio y entender necesidades funcionales.

Se valorará:

• Experiencia en procesos ETL o Data Engineering.
• Conocimientos de SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
• Conocimientos de Machine Learning o Inteligencia Artificial.
• Experiencia trabajando con SAP.
