About the role
Kickstart your data consulting career!
In your role as a Junior Supply Chain Data Analyst, you work on global transformation and optimizing projects in Supply Chain. You contribute to successful project outcomes by focusing on the end-to-end data analyst roadmap, including data querying, data quality review, data analysis, dashboarding, and communication with client business and IT teams.
But before starting in one of our running projects, you will have a spot in our supply chain training bootcamp in September 2025 in Belgium! You’ll sharpen your consulting expertise alongside fellow new starters from around the globe. In just three exciting weeks, our immersive training program covers everything from essential soft skills to advanced supply chain management to becoming a kick-ass Supply Chain Data Analyst!
What can you do at Bluecrux?
- You'll start immediately in a visible, autonomous role as a project member in one of our running planning transformation projects in industries such as life sciences, chemicals, food and beverages, and manufacturing.
- You will be part of a project team that is a mix of internal colleagues, supply chain planners, IT teams and managers from the client side, and you'll be doing stuff like this:
- Work with data: Collect, clean and analyze data to support better decisions. You help build dashboards and transform raw data into insights.
- Support master data processes: Help structure and maintain key supply chain data with the team.
- Connect systems: Learn how systems like ERP, APS and WMS interact, and help streamline data flows between them.
- Document & align: Assist in documenting processes, drafting data policies, and keeping stakeholders aligned.
- Contribute to projects: Be involved in data migrations, process improvements and supporting workshops.
- Grow your skills: Get hands-on experience with data warehousing, modeling, and integration tools.

- Some hard skills:
- You have that interest in Supply chain Processes and Data Analytics. Ideally, you have had an introduction to Supply chain processes in a minor or major within master’s degrees like business engineering, civil engineering – operational research/ data analytics or applied economics.
- We consider any experience or proficiency in dashboard creation tools, such as PowerBI, Tableau, etc. a plus.
- You are fluent in English and preferably Spanish. Mastery of any other language is a definite plus.
- Willingness and eligibility to travel in and outside the EU and to work in a hybrid working model.
- Well, a kickstart to your career through a 3-week training program, our Supply Chain boot camp in September in Belgium. You will learn the ins & outs of Supply Chain Management: Demand Planning, S&OP and Financial Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Master Data Management, Supply Chain Modeling and Planning Tools. This will allow you to onboard into our projects with a backpack full of expertise & skills!

What You´ll Do:

Who You Are:
You are passionate about data and want to work with leading edge technologies in online industry:

- Fluency in the core toolkit of Data Science/Data Analytics: SQL is required, Python is a real asset (master most common data libraries: pandas, numpy...)

Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison among stakeholders to analyze, document, and validate requirements for reporting and changes to business processes

About The Role
The B2C Analytics team focuses on developing analytics solutions to help the organization make better data driven decisions. Our team is passionate about enabling others to use data and analysis to measure and monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities and find ways to continually add value.
You will primarily support the Consumer side of the business, which includes WSJ, Barron's, MarketWatch and more; but may also include exposure to other areas of the business, such as advertising and the professional information business. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in developing datasets, dashboards and data solutions that drive core insights. You will report to the Senior Manager, B2C Analytics.
You Will
Develop Stakeholder Partnerships
- Develop strong partnerships with Product, Marketing, Newsroom, Finance, Data Collection, Data Engineering and other B2C Stakeholder Business teams and work across all levels and areas of the organization.
- Executie data project roadmaps based on Business teams' priorities.
- Build a deep understanding of all the B2C data sources that we leverage in our Analysis projects
- Partner with data engineers and data collection colleagues to collect, cleanse and organize data.
- Analyze large datasets to surface trends and deliver recommendations with tangible business outcomes.
- Create intuitive reports, dashboards and data solutions using visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker Studio)
- Continuously identify ways to improve and streamline processes around data and reporting
- Ensure the quality of data and reporting, and partner with teams to improve accuracy and consistency
- Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Team oriented and collaborative with eagerness to help others, and aspiration to be challenged and learn
