Como Data Analyst, la persona seleccionada será responsable de la generación de valor a través de los datos, elaborando análisis y reportes de seguimiento relevantes para la toma de decisiones.
Para ello, sus principales funciones serán:
- Extracción, manipulación y análisis de datos.
- Elaboración de reportes y cuadros de mando, para el control de la performance del porfolio.
- Crear análisis ad-hoc para la ayudar en la toma de decisiones.
- Automatización de informes ya existentes y búsqueda de soluciones más ágiles.
- Minimizar los tiempos de ejecución de algunas tareas recurrentes.

- Licenciatura o Grado en Actuariales, Matemáticas, Estadística, Física o equivalentes.
- Poseer un mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en puestos similares.
- Experiencia en el sector de seguros, banca, retail, venta online u otros sectores afines.
- Nivel medio/alto de inglés.
- Alta capacidad analítica y responsabilidad con el tratamiento de datos confidenciales.

Además, necesitamos que la persona que se incorpore en el equipo reúna los siguientes conocimientos técnicos:
- Experiencia en programación en SQL, Python
- Experiencia en elaboración de informes en Power BI.
- Dominio de herramientas Office (Excel, Access y power point)

- Conduct in-person prospecting of real estate agencies in target neighborhoods to expand our network

AstraZeneca has invested heavily in our Augmented Drug Design-Make-Test and Analyse platforms as we seek to deliver better, differentiated candidate drugs into trials, faster, for greater patient benefit. We have made great strides in creating an ecosystem enabling operational and experimental data capture, and in developing AI/ML analytics, AI, and ML services for both traditional small molecules and complex modalities that will pave the way for this transformation. The next stage of this journey involves building a unified scientific data and AI platform with state-of-the-art algorithms and technology that will enable our scientists to design new and safer drugs faster.
We are looking for an experienced cheminformatician who is able to work closely with our scientific community to help grow our multi-therapeutic drug candidate modality capabilities. Your knowledge of chemistry systems and chemistry data representations together with a hands-on approach to addressing novel challenges will contribute to building an industry-leading integrated Drug Discovery IT platform. In Early Science, we have highly skilled scientists generating ideas and performing experiments supporting complex drug discovery projects. Our environment is driven by scientific and technical innovation with a high degree of diversity in workflows, data, vendor solutions, and in-house builds.
Working alongside Computational and Medicinal Chemists, Software and Data Engineers, Architects, and Analysts, you will lead in designing and implementing scientific solutions end-to-end. You will use your scientific knowledge and technical acuity to troubleshoot and provide innovative solutions to ensure smooth experiences for our scientists as well as for the software development and operations teams. Accountabilities
You will join a global team of cheminformaticians, scientific software engineers, and devops engineers in our Augmented-DMTA platform and perform the following:
- Be one of a team of subject matter experts of cheminformatics and computational chemistry tools used in drug discovery
- Collaborate with drug discovery scientists, applying your knowledge of informatics systems and chemistry data representations to novel challenges in the drug discovery space
- Understand and propose solutions in a hybrid cloud/on-premise environment including in-house built, SaaS, COTS solutions, demonstrating your scientific knowledge throughout.
- Work closely with scientists in our Early Science therapy areas to understand issues, propose solutions, conduct POCs and rapid fixes.

The Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence Operations team (ML/AI Ops) is a newly formed team of battle-tested and proven SaaS ML/AI developers and operators that will spearhead the design, creation, and operational excellence of our entire ML/AI data and computational AWS ecosystem to catalyze and accelerate science-led innovations through our pharmaceutical clinical SaaS products.
This team is responsible and accountable for the design, implementation, deployment, health and performance of all algorithms, models, ML/AI operations (MLOps, AIOps, and LLMOps) and Data Science Platform. We lead ML/AI and broader cloud resources, automating operations through infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines, and ensure best-in-class operations - striving to push even beyond mere compliance with industry standards such as Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and Good Machine Learning Practice (GMLP).
On the human side of the equation, our team forges deep relationships across broader engineering, design, product and science organizations and are quintessential and consummate interdisciplinary teammates and collaborators that can build on our deep heritage within global pharmaceutical clinical trials to drive State-of-the-art (SOTA) AI product experiences with tangible and quantifiable product and business operations impact.
