The role
The IT Product Manager for Product Content Management (PCM) is responsible for overseeing the PCM Center of Excellence (COE) and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of IT products within the product content ecosystem. This role involves defining COE principles, ensuring alignment to a globally harmonized data model, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value and drive the go-to-market strategy of the IT products within its remit

The role:
To strengthen our Global Tech Hub in Barcelona, we are looking for a Product Manager - Product Portfolio Management (Service Now PPM / SPN).
Under the supervision and guidance of her/his primary Community of Practice Lead and within the Product Group, the Product Manager is responsible for the Product and Portfolio Management tool (SNOW SPN /PPM).
Will be responsible for the go-to-market strategy, product vision and vision execution as well as the end-to-end value delivery of his/her scope (including IT consumers´ adoption). Along the full product life cycle, the product manager works closely with the functions and IT customers to support company objectives and initiatives.
The product manager is also accountable for the product from ideation and strategy through continuous value management to retirement, with responsibility for the full life cycle of the product including value delivery model (L1, L2, L3 etc.).
On the delivery side of the product will be responsible for analyzing and continuously managing the value for money, ensuring the product is adopted as widely as possible. The product manager delivers applications that support Nestlé´s initiative to simplify the life of the end user, standardize work across Nestlé markets and businesses and share above market in centers of scale and competency.
The product manager manages the team(s) developing the capabilities as well as the stakeholders receiving the capabilities and can deliver value to other products and product groups.
What you´ll do:
- Segment IS / IT customers and consumers based on their needs and profile. Provides an outside in based view of how to best target each segment.

- Defines the long-term business capability automation and digitalization roadmap for the business outcomes the product or product group deliver.

- Supervise product performance over time through data and reporting to make informed decisions about procurement and improvements to the product portfolio.
- Handle and maintain vendor relationships including (where applicable) vendor performance management and service level agreements, override agreements, and concessions to promote contracted products to travel advisors on familiarization trips.
- The Product Manager needs to take ownership to develop and optimally train the reservations team and product support team about the destination product portfolio. The training needs to include in-depth knowledge about products to increase product sellability.
- Resolve complex or conflicting issues with suppliers independently.
- Conduct quality assurance and health and safety assessments in line with company guidelines and other relevant regulations as stipulated by the destination or Health and Safety Manager.
- Collaborate with Sales to align product procurement in destination to align with industry trends and tendencies that correspond to brand fit and business need.
- Experience in the travel industry; experience with product management, contracting, and pricing required.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in travel, business administration, marketing, or equivalent
- Proficient (C-1 or higher level) in spoken and written English. Spanish and other languages are a plus.
- Advanced data analysis skills with a proven track record of working through the development of complex business solutions.
- Familiarity with working in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and a data warehouse.
- Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
