This role is driving our product teams forward ensuring they have everything they need in order to deliver. From maintaining our road map in collaboration with our management team and other stakeholders, to facilitating the agile ceremonies the teams require in order to get the best from them.

Own the Product Backlog And Prioritise The Roadmap
- Take ownership of the platform and relevant workstream product backlog, grooming and prioritising according to the business’ and our partner’s needs.
- Ensure prioritised improvements have the appropriate level of supporting documentation and design input.
- Guide and support product designers by providing clear feedback and creating opportunities for learning and growth
Optimise Team Engagement And Efficiency
- Identify and communicate all roadblocks or bottlenecks that may prevent the team from delivering.
- Run the relevant ceremonies to empower our teams to maximise their delivery potential, maintaining or improving their velocity.
- Provide support to our other teams where identified improvements can be made to the delivery processes.
Ensure Scalable Growth and Effective Execution
- Work closely with leadership teams to identify the needs of a growing business and the increasing demand on our development, design, and release management teams.

Requirements
- Solid experience in a senior B2B or B2C product ownership position (Product Lead, Product Manager, Project Manager).
- Prior experience working in the iGaming industry.

¿Qué harás?
Buscamos a una persona que lidere la identificación, desarrollo e implementación de casos de uso de IA en Qida. Este rol combina funciones de AI Product Manager, AI Prototype Builder (no-code y/o low-code) y de AI Evangelist.
Las Responsabilidades Incluyen:
- Participar en la definición de la visión y estrategia IA en Qida: Liderar conjuntamente con el CPO el desarrollo del roadmap de AI de Qida, estableciendo cómo la inteligencia artificial puede apoyar a nuestros familias y a nuestra organización. Para ello es clave estar al día de las oportunidades que ofrece esta tecnología
- Coordinar el desarrollo de prototipos y MVPs E2E: Producir soluciones funcionales no-code / low-code, de manera iterativa, en conversación continua de iteración con el negocio (líderes y miembros de equipo) y en colaboración con Data Engineers y Software Engineers. Idealmente imaginamos que el AI PM pueda desarrollar prototipos completos de manera autónoma en casos no-code/low-code más sencillos (mediante Make, 8n8, Lavable, Cursor, etc) y que se apoye en el equipo de desarrollo para los casos más complejos de prototipo. En casos de uso de complejidad media-alta se valorará también el potencial desarrollo con una agencia de desarrollo IA externa
- Gestionar los casos de uso de IA punta a punta: Gestionar todo el proceso de los casos de uso en colaboración con nuestro equipo de desarrollo: Desde la ideación, validación del "proof of concept", coordinación del desarrollo del MVP, implementación, captura de valor y mejora continua. Lo importante es asegurar el éxito del caso de uso y el valor capturado
- Empoderar la organización en IA: Asegurar que los miembros de la organización entiendan y aprovechen todo el potencial del IA en su día día, educador el negocio; traducir detalles técnicos en beneficios claros para audencias no técnicas

¿Qué perfil buscamos?
La Inteligencia Artificial es un campo tan nuevo que es imposible definir un perfil muy concreto ni tampoco se pueden pedir “2 años de experiencia implementando casos de uso en IA…”.
Seguramente nos imaginamos un buen encaje con perfiles provenientes de Producto, Transformación Digital o Desarrolladores, pero estamos abiertos de conocer otros tipos de candidatos que cumplan los siguientes requisitos.
Requisitos:
- Propósito: Eres buena persona y tienes ganas de cambiar al mundo a mejor (te importa lo que haces con tu trabajo y el impacto que tienes en la sociedad con él)
- Resolutivo/a: Te encanta enfrentarte a desafíos complejos y encontrar soluciones efectivas (y costo-eficientes) a los problemas identificados. Priorizas y haces que las cosas pasen sin perder de vista la calidad ni la visión a largo plazo
- Te gusta entrar en el detalle: Te gusta "entrar en el barro"; te involucras en todos los niveles de producto, desde la estrategia hasta los detalles de ejecución
- Visión híbrida negocio-tecnología: Eres capaz de hablar y entender el lenguaje de negocio y también el lenguaje técnico. Eres capaz de conectar ambos mundos con fluidez e incluso actuar como "traductor" si hiciera falta
- Habilidades de comunicación: Sabes escuchar, conectar con usuarios, trabajar en equipo y transmitir ideas con claridad y empatía. Eres capaz de sintetizar ideas complejas en conceptos sencillos y entendibles
- Pasión por aprender y crecer: Tienes energía, curiosidad y hambre de evolucionar rápidamente en un entorno dinámico. Aprendes rápido incluso en entornos de poca incertidumbre
- Experiencia con habilidades transferibles para el rol:

About The Opportunity
Our Development Experience segment's mission is to make it simple for the product builders at N26 to build products, troubleshoot, make decisions, protect our customers while adhering to the highest regulatory standards, which is powering N26 to reach the next 100 million customers.
The DevEx segment consists of 3 groups that define the tooling and interactions for all product development for the bank - Enablement, Software Logistics and Observability. This segment owns key products used in development like the integration and delivery pipelines, product paths to observe and troubleshoot how our products are doing, product paths to run experimentation, and many more. The segment serves one of the most important and core functions that helps our bank innovate with speed at scale.
We are looking for a data-driven, technically savvy, Product Manager to help work extremely close to our internal customers and build a great enablement layer within the Development Experience segment of the future bank and help deliver key growth and operational metrics.
In This Role, You Will
- Deliver a world class Development Experience enablement layer, fully compliant and user-centric.
- Help build the strategy for the evolution of N26’s Development Experience products, its interactions with the rest of the organisation, its global rollout and the decision to build vs buy.
- Deeply understand the needs of the segment customers - teams developing the products and services built on top of the Data Platform, understand how it enables their success, and identify clear product improvements.
- Help us understand where there are inefficiencies in the way that we do things and create solutions to enable our product, engineering, and design teams to make the biggest impact.
- Be the glue of the team. Clearly communicate the product vision and ensure alignment between product, engineering, design and cross-functional groups (e.g. Bank, Legal, Compliance, Product teams, commercial departments)
- Be a decision maker. Possess complex decision making skills rooted in analytics, user feedback, and business goals. Set clear goals, priorities, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Proven track record of building scalable and efficient products in a mature environment.
- Strong technical understanding and exposure to the latest emerging trends in the Development Experience domain.

You will…
- Represent the product in the various governance bodies.
- Establish, nurture and communicate the product vision, in line with business strategy and business users‘expectations
- Be responsible to request the Project and Maintenance budget for the product.
- Be responsible for the Customer Experience of the product.
- Define the features that are expected in the product (from projects, from maintenance, from continuous improvement)
- Challenge requirements from other business contributors
- Work closely with the IT owner, realization team and take day to day decisions.
- Evaluate business value and set priorities (prioritization of product backlog), fostering consensus on value from the different business representatives.
- Formalize expectations of product performance and delivered value through SLA

- Evaluate the business value for each story.
- Prioritize stories (prep, development, validation)
- Keep Product Backlog clean and up to date.

You must:
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Expertise in functional domain, IT solutions knowledge a plus.
- Understanding of other functional areas.
- Previous experience with IT teams preferred.
- Multinational work experience.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in English, foreign language skills advantageous.
- Effective communication and professional work ethic.
