- Asegurar que todos los productos diseñados sean inclusivos y accesibles para todos los usuarios.
- Experiencia comprobada de 4 años en UX/UI Product Design.
- Dominio avanzado de Figma, con experiencia demostrada en la creación de wireframes, prototipos y sistemas de diseño.
- Experiencia en la creación de productos digitales centrados en el usuario.
- Conocimiento profundo de principios de diseño visual, tipografía, color y diseño responsivo.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y colaborar en un equipo multidisciplinario.
- Experiencia en metodologías ágiles de trabajo (Scrum, Kanban) es un plus.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación para presentar ideas y diseños a equipos y clientes.
- Conocimientos en Herramientas complementarias como Sketch, Adobe XD, o Illustrator es un valor añadido.
- Inglés Fluido (hablado y escrito)
- Disponibilidad para viajar fuera de España.
