The Fall Creek Marketing Specialist assists with implementing the defined marketing and brand strategies for the Company’s EMEA and domestic markets.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads)
- Plan and execute local and international events and trade shows
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, adapting messaging while maintaining the brand’s identity
- Manage and maintain HubSpot for marketing automation, CRM updates, and campaign tracking
- Utilise Canva for marketing assets, social media graphics, and event materials.
- Brief and coordinate external suppliers (graphic designers, photographers, videographers) to ensure high-quality marketing assets that align with brand guidelines
- Develop and implement social media content plans to enhance brand awareness and engagement
- Coordinate and support virtual and in-person events, ensuring smooth execution and strong brand representation
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners across different regions to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals
- Adapt marketing content to suit different audiences, cultures, and languages.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Handle multiple projects and deadlines with strong organisational and project management skills
- Maintain and update team resource documents, SharePoint, and storage solutions.

Los Objetivos Principales Del Puesto Son
- Dar apoyo y coordinar las actividades del departamento de Marketing y Desarrollo de Negocio.
- Ayudar al equipo de ventas a alcanzar los objetivos comerciales a través de herramientas de marketing

Job Description
- Local Planning and Performance:
- Presentation and communication of central plans to local teams and retailers
- Quarterly plan and budget approval of local market plans
- Collation of retailer plans and feedback / adjustment
- Quarterly Marketing Review, including Marketing Performance / Execution sales point by sales point
- Brand / Assets:
- Contact point for local retailers for local approval of retailer marketing assets (brand / copy approval)
- Localisation of regional campaigns
- Central product and offer campaigns localised for language and offer per market (check transcreated copy)
- Adjusted on a weekly / monthly basis
- Validation / checking of media placements and regional activation in market
- Localisation of Digital and CRM initiatives:
- Copy and language proof-reading, and correction as necessary of web and CRM copy
- Local offer + legal requirement checking and adjustment as necessary
- Lead Performance Management:
- Weekly lead performance management and review (with MSX). Conversion rate, engagement rate)
- Lead distribution approach - adjust lead distribution in market as necessary. E.g. based on dealer performance, demo stock availability.
- Local market initiatives
- Digital initiative execution. E.g.:
- Set up of email, landing page and homepage call-out for Market-specific campaigns (e.g. windshield replacement, based on regional assets)
- Local Market Events, E.g.:
- Local Autoshows, roadshows or partner events (and communication / logistics around that)
- Local Partner Activations, E.g.:
- Ayvens, Santander - propose and set up local activations as necessary to activate local initiatives (e.g. Ayvens roadshow in Spain)
- Bachelors Degree in Economy, Communication, Marketing or similar field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English and Spanish knowledge, any other language (such as italian, french, dutch, german etc.) is a huge plus
- Great knowledge of MS Office and CRM system
