Service Excellence Program Manager (Field Operations)

What You Will Do
This pivotal role reports to the Director of Service Operational Excellence within the Building Solutions sector for EMEALA. You will lead and implement process and application enhancements across service operations in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America (EMEALA).
In this role, you will drive the deployment of regional change initiatives, including innovative business tools that support strategic growth objectives and ensure smooth process adoption. These tools include (but not limited to) Service CRM applications, technician sales lead management, and field quotation solutions. Your focus will be on delivering project outcomes on time, within budget, and achieving planned financial and operational benefits.
How You Will Do It
Your expertise in operations management will be key as you collaborate closely with regional teams, program teams, and EMEALA service leaders. You will lead teams dedicated to targeted process improvement initiatives and develop comprehensive regional implementation plans. You will conduct assessments and valuations of anticipated business benefits, ensuring a robust return on investment.
Additionally, you will coordinate with resources to ensure successful execution of improvement and change initiatives, adhering to timelines and budget constraints. Regular communication of progress to regional sponsors and business leaders will be essential, as will identifying potential challenges and collaborating on timely resolutions. You will also oversee specialized activities, including process mapping, application testing, and operational data analysis.

- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Background in field-based operations.
- Certifications in change management and process improvement methodologies.

What We're Looking For: The Applications Talent Operations team owns a variety of programs driving exceptional hiring and development for our Engineers, Product Managers, User Experience and Tech Writing teams. Objective Minimum Qualifications

- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience implementing new programs, from ideation to completion, into a workforce with proven success record.
- Is a creative problem solver; can dive in, find the right information, and work to an agreeable solution.
- Is detail oriented and highly organized – keeping track of details will be key in your role.
- A willingness to incorporate feedback in a timely manner as you experiment and learn.
- Experience working with, or general understanding of recruiting processes and product development organizations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and multitask

- Flexibility to work with geographically distributed teams
- Solid proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Confluence
- Understanding or experience in change management, agile methodologies, and design thinking
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Provide program management support and coordination of a variety of Talent Operations team projects, with a heavy focus on the New Graduate Rotational Program.
- Lead working groups with global hiring teams to implement programs into reality.
- Work with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to track and manage existing recruiting programs.
- Develop and maintain process and procedure documentation identifying gaps and implementing improvements.
- Identify or brainstorm improvement plans for existing hiring programs and create processes to increase efficiency for hiring timelines.
- Participate in Campus event planning locally, both before and during the events for internships and full-time roles.
- Provide data to the department Business Sr. Analyst for talent insight generation.
- Build relationships with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to better understand their needs and how we can support them best.
