Buscamos incorporar un analista de negocio (Business Analyst).
Funciones:
Trabajará en colaboración con las partes interesadas del negocio global y local para mejorar el CRM mediante el análisis de procesos/problemas, la obtención de requisitos, la documentación de especificaciones funcionales y la gestión de cambios.
- Apoyar al equipo técnico en el diseño y validación de soluciones, incluyendo revisiones de casos de prueba.
- Satisfacer la demanda de integración de plataformas de las partes interesadas de Seguros Comerciales y Vida y Pensiones Corporativas
- Aprovechar Microsoft Dynamics 365 y Power Platform para implementar las mejores funciones de CRM de su clase
- Impulsar el uso y la cobertura de las entidades principales para generar información de ventas.
Requisitos:
- Gran capacidad de análisis empresarial y de procesos.
- Clara orientación a las necesidades del cliente.
- Capacidad de pensar de forma creativa y colaborativa para resolver retos empresariales.
- Habilidad para priorizar y ejecutar tareas bajo presión.
- Experiencia en proyectos ágiles.
- Experiencia en Seguros Comerciales.
- Experiencia en proyectos de integración, técnicas y tecnología.

Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Position Summary
Seabery, a leading technology company in augmented reality welding training simulators, is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with experience in high-growth environments and minority-backed by investment funds. The CFO will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, leading the financial strategy to support the company's rapid growth.
This role requires strategic vision, strong analytical capabilities, experience in financial planning and performance control, and a deep understanding of corporate operations, including due diligence and investor relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the company’s financial strategy in collaboration with the CEO and the Board.
- Lead the finance function including accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and financial reporting.
- Design and execute financial models that support growth and scale with the company.
- Prepare and deliver financial reporting to investment funds and the Board of Directors.
- Coordinate accounting and financial activities across international subsidiaries (Germany, China, and the U.S.), ensuring consolidated financials and compliance with local regulations.
- Optimize the company’s capital structure and manage relationships with banks, funds, and other financial stakeholders.
- Actively participate in the design and execution of the exit plan, including due diligence processes, identification of investors or buyers, and deal structuring.
- Implement financial control tools and processes that enhance visibility and proactive decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all tax, legal, and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
- Support the company’s international expansion strategy from a financial standpoint.
Requirements
- Previous experience as CFO or senior finance leader in scale-ups or fast-growing companies.
- Hands-on experience in exit processes, M&A, or capital raising.
- Practical knowledge of international financial management, including subsidiary coordination and financial consolidation.
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or similar; MBA or financial certification is a plus.
- Deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting, taxation, and financial control.
- Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
- High level of English (required); German is a plus.

Compañía tecnológica de alto nivel necesita incorporar un/a Director/a Financiero/a cuya misión principal será liderar el equipo de control financiero y gestión presupuestaria de la compañía.
Se responsabilizará de la organización contable de la compañía para optimizar los recursos de la empresa y realizar los informes financieros de forma exacta y en el plazo estipulado.
Así mismo liderará la planificación financiera, elaboración y seguimiento del presupuesto anual, así como sus posibles desviaciones con el equipo corporativo, supervisando y validando el control de gestión: planificación, presupuesto, presentación de informes.
Establecerá el modelo de facturación de los servicios, gestionará la tesorería y la financiación llevando la relación con terceros:, Auditores, etc, y ccontribuir a la mejora o al establecimiento de sistemas de información de gestión.
Requisitos y competencias clave:
- Formación: Económicas, Dirección y Administración De Empresas.
- Experiencia: 5 años en entorno de servicios. Imprescindible experiencia en Grupo Empresarial y en todas las relaciones cruzadas que surgen desde ámbitos financieros (Dirección Financiera Corporativa, Gestión de Proveedores, Compras,…).
- Conocimientos sólidos sobre procesos financieros (presupuestación, contabilidad, control de gestión, analítica, etc…).
