Wikifarmer is on a mission to empower farmers worldwide by providing access to knowledge and fair, open markets. We’re building tech that has real impact, and we’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who’s eager to build products that scale and matter.

From crafting responsive UIs in React to designing performant Laravel APIs, you’ll work across the stack to ship features end-to-end. You’ll own your code from development to deployment, running services on Docker and AWS, and experimenting with AI tools that improve how we work. As we break up the monolith and move toward a microservices architecture, you’ll help shape the systems and practices that will power our next stage of growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build responsive and accessible UIs using React, Tailwind CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services with PHP and Laravel, writing clean, testable code
• Translate designs and product requirements into interactive, user-focused features
• Manage state using tools like Redux or Context API, and integrate with RESTful APIs
• Own DevOps tasks end-to-end using Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS infrastructure
• Monitor and debug across services using logs and metrics to ensure performance and reliability
• Collaborate daily with PMs, designers, and fellow engineers to align on priorities and deliver features that make a difference
• Contribute to documentation, internal knowledge sharing, and feature experiments using AI/LLMs
• Communicate clearly and frequently to stay in sync with the team and adapt quickly as priorities shift
  
  

• You must be based in Spain
• Hands-on experience building production apps with React, Tailwind CSS, and modern JS
• Strong backend experience with PHP and Laravel
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, application state management, and frontend/backend integration
• Practical experience deploying and maintaining services using Docker and AWS
• Confidence working with SQL and relational databases (MariaDB or similar)
• A proactive mindset and ability to independently own features from design to monitoring
• Startup readiness: comfort with ambiguity, fast iteration, and changing priorities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills — especially in async/remote setups
• Curiosity and experimentation with AI tools to boost development and workflow efficiency
  
  

• Experience with Python and its ecosystem
• Familiarity with migrating from monolith to microservices
• Exposure to Next.js or Material UI
• Knowledge of observability tools like CloudWatch, ELK, or New Relic
• Work with AI/LLM tools (e.g. OpenAI APIs, LangChain, vector databases)
• Contributions to open source or meaningful personal side projects

Estoy buscando un/a desarrollador/a Fullstack con foco en backend y capacidad de contribuir activamente en frontend con React, en modalidad Híbrida o Full Remote. Es un rol clave dentro del equipo, porque conecta el corazón de nuestros sistemas (APIs, microservicios, pipelines de datos) con la experiencia de usuario en la interfaz.

La persona que se incorpore se encargará de diseñar, construir y mantener soluciones escalables y seguras, integrando tecnologías modernas como Python/Java/Node.js, Redis, RabbitMQ/Kafka, React y Kubernetes, además de colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de producto, frontend y DevOps.

Qué necesitas para triunfar en este puesto:

• Visión end-to-end: entender cómo se conectan backend y frontend, desde el diseño de una API hasta la experiencia final en pantalla.
• Mentalidad práctica y resolutiva: saber cuándo priorizar rendimiento, cuándo facilidad de mantenimiento y cuándo experiencia de usuario.
• Colaboración real: trabajar codo con codo con diferentes equipos, comunicando soluciones de forma clara y proponiendo mejoras.
• Curiosidad técnica: estar al día en buenas prácticas de ingeniería, arquitecturas distribuidas y frameworks modernos.
• Proactividad: no solo ejecutar, sino también cuestionar, optimizar y proponer.

Responsabilidades:

• Diseñar, implementar y mantener APIs e integraciones entre sistemas internos y externos.
• Construir y optimizar pipelines de datos para ingesta, transformación y análisis en entornos cloud e híbridos.
• Desarrollar y mantener servicios backend de alto rendimiento, integrando Redis para caché y RabbitMQ/Kafka para colas de mensajería.
• Colaborar en la definición de arquitecturas distribuidas, escalables y seguras orientadas a microservicios.
• Desarrollar y mantener interfaces de usuario en React, asegurando la correcta integración con los servicios backend.
• Implementar y mantener componentes frontend reutilizables, aplicar buenas prácticas de control de estado (Redux, Zustand, Context API) y testing.
• Automatizar despliegues, configuraciones e infraestructura con herramientas de IaC (Ansible, Terraform).
• Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de producto, DevOps y frontend para asegurar la calidad, escalabilidad y usabilidad de las soluciones.

Requisitos:

Backend:

• Experiencia sólida con Python, Java o Node.js.
• Desarrollo de APIs REST/GraphQL.
• Experiencia en mensajería (RabbitMQ, Kafka) y cachés distribuidos (Redis).
• Bases de datos SQL/NoSQL.
• Construcción de pipelines de datos (Airflow, dbt, Spark, etc.).
• Arquitecturas de microservicios (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Infraestructura como código (Ansible, Terraform).
• Familiaridad con entornos cloud (AWS, Azure o GCP).

Frontend:

• Experiencia práctica con React.
• Conocimientos en componentes reutilizables, testing (Jest, React Testing Library) y control de estado global.
• Integración fluida con APIs backend y optimización de la experiencia de usuario.
• Buen entendimiento de buenas prácticas de UI/UX.

Soft Skills:

• Mentalidad colaborativa y orientación a la resolución de problemas.
• Interés en aprender y trabajar en proyectos end-to-end (desde el backend hasta el frontend).
• Compromiso con buenas prácticas de ingeniería y calidad del código.

Valoramos adicionalmente

• Experiencia en observabilidad (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Familiaridad con CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Conocimientos en seguridad y despliegue de entornos productivos críticos.

Nosotros somos Gestión de Residencias, un software SaaS web especializado en la gestión de residencias de mayores y centros de dependencia. Buscamos un programador/a web para unirse a nuestro equipo en Terrassa, con la posibilidad de participar en el desarrollo de nuevas funcionalidades y proyectos.

¿Qué harás en nuestro equipo?

• Desarrollar y mantener nuestro software SaaS B2B.


• Programar en ASP Clásico (era el PHP de Microsoft), .NET o Visual Basic/VBA


• Dominar PHP es básico, especialmente trabajar con Laravel es IMPORTANTE.


• Gestionar bases de datos en SQL Server/MySQL (importante SQL) y realizar tareas básicas de administración.


• Desarrollar interfaces web con HTML5, Bootstrap y JavaScript.


• Brindar soporte técnico telefónico a clientes en castellano y catalán (es importante que te sientas cómodo/a comunicándote por teléfono).


• Colaborar en el desarrollo de aplicaciones móviles basadas en WebView y futuros proyectos de apps.

Lo que buscamos en ti

• Formación en FP2 en desarrollo de software/web/multiplataforma o similar.


• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en desarrollo de software.


• Perfil proactivo, resolutivo y con ganas de aportar ideas.


• Residencia en Vallès Occidental o facilidad para desplazarte (estamos en Les Fonts de Terrassa, a 5 minutos caminando de FGC). Por favor no te inscribas si no cumples este requisito.

Condiciones y beneficios

• Contrato indefinido a jornada completa (8h L-V).


• Salario inicial: entre 1.400€ y 1.500€ mensuales (bruto) en 12 pagas, (según valía, pero si aportas un extra, podemos negociarlo 💰 )


• Bonus por objetivos 2 veces al año.

Job Description
- Participation in the development and maintenance of an innovative application.
- Analysis of requirements (collaborating with the client in their definition) and participation in the design of solutions.

Required knowledge:
