Descripción del empleo

Desde Devoteam Spain buscamos un Sales Specialist con al menos 5 años de experiencia en ventas de servicios IT para gestionar la cartera de clientes de la zona de Cataluña y generar nuevo negocio.

Las funciones principales que va a desarrollar son:

• Prospección y generación de leads: Identificar y contactar a potenciales clientes, ya sean pymes o grandes cuentas. 
• Mantenimiento de cuentas actuales.
• Desarrollo de propuestas comerciales: Elaborar propuestas personalizadas que aborden las necesidades identificadas, destacando los beneficios de las soluciones de ciberseguridad ofrecidas.
• Presentación de productos y servicios: Explicar de manera clara y concisa las características y ventajas de los productos y servicios de ciberseguridad, utilizando un lenguaje adaptado al nivel técnico del cliente.
• Negociación: Conseguir acuerdos comerciales que satisfagan tanto las necesidades del cliente como los objetivos de la empresa.
• Gestión de relaciones con los clientes: Mantener una comunicación constante con los clientes para garantizar su satisfacción y fidelidad.

- Bases de programación orientada a objetos y control de versiones (**Git**).
- Interés demostrable en IA/ML (cursos, proyectos académicos o personales).
- **Soft skills**: Autonomía, proactividad y buena comunicación en remoto.

• Love building things and are comfortable working with modern development tools and writing code collaboratively (bonus points if you have a software development or DevOps experience)
• Significant experience applying advanced analytics to a variety of business situations and a proven ability to synthesize complex data
• Deep understanding of modern machine learning techniques and their mathematical underpinnings, and can translate this into business implications for our clients
• Have strong project management skills

¿Qué buscamos?

A nivel de experiencia y conocimiento

• Recién titulados hasta máximo 1 año en Business Analytics, Data Science, Advanced Analytics
• Titulación: Formación en Matemáticas, Estadística, Física, o formación técnica (Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Telecomunicaciones…). Se valorarán Postgrados en Inteligencia Artificial, Data Science, Big Data, etc.

Conocimientos:

Requerido:

• Conocimientos de SQL y BBDD relacional y no relacional
• Manejo de técnicas de estadística descriptiva y exploratoria
• Programación en Python

Valorado:

• Manejo de entorno y servicios cloud AWS
• Modelos estadísticos y matemáticos, y técnicas de Machine Learning: redes neuronales, Random Forest, SVM, algoritmos evolutivos, series temporales, modelos y redes bayesianas, segmentación, etc Bases de datos no relacionales (NoSQL, Casandra, MongoDB, etc.)
• Tecnologías Big data: Spark, Hive, h2o, etc...
• Text Mining, Deep Learning, Process Mining, Optimización
• Manejo en plataformas de data science (RapidMiner, KNIME, etc.)
• Metodologías para la ejecución de proyectos de Data Science
• Manejo avanzado de Power Point y Excel
• Manejo de otros entornos cloud: Azure, GCP
