El proyecto

En Conversia, estamos trabajando en una aplicación Core de la empresa, una solución alojada en los servicios Cloud de Azure, que comenzó como una aplicación monolítica y ha evolucionado hacia una arquitectura basada en microservicios. Nuestro stack tecnológico incluye .NET Core 6/7/8, React y SQL Server en Azure.

Descripción del puesto

Buscamos un Desarrollador Front-end con experiencia en React para unirse a nuestro equipo de desarrollo. El candidato ideal debe tener experiencia demostrable en el desarrollo de aplicaciones web desde cero utilizando React y estar familiarizado con el ecosistema moderno de desarrollo front-end.

¿Cómo será el día a día?

Supervisión de calidad en todas las fases del desarrollo:

Determinar, negociar y acordar procedimientos, herramientas, estándares y especificaciones de calidad internos.
Planificar, preparar y supervisar pruebas en entornos de preproducción y producción.
Llevar un registro y seguimiento de defectos de software detectados.
Mejoras y optimización:

Proponer mejoras en los procedimientos para prevenir errores.
Identificar riesgos, áreas problemáticas y cuellos de botella en los equipos de desarrollo.
Fomentar una cultura de pruebas y buenas prácticas en el departamento.
Colaboración interdisciplinar:

Trabajar estrechamente con los/las jefes/as de proyecto y equipos de desarrollo.
Establecer comunicación efectiva con otros departamentos involucrados (marketing, recursos humanos, etc.).
Reportes y métricas:

Elaborar informes sobre el estado de los proyectos y plazos de producción.
Definir métricas clave (KPIs) para medir la calidad del software.
Requisitos

Grado en Ingeniería Informática, Ciencias, Tecnología o Matemáticos/as (STEM).
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en análisis de calidad, pruebas o aseguramiento de calidad en proyectos software.
Conocimiento en metodologías ágiles como Scrum, Kanban o DevOps.
Dominio de herramientas como Jira, SonarQube, Selenium o similares.
Conocimientos en lenguajes de programación c#, .Net Core.

ABOUT THE JOB

MISSION

Holding a position within the IT Development team of CIB IT Spain, your main responsibility will be to lead developments of .NET in house applications, ensuring continuity and be compliance with standards and cyber security rules, guaranteeing the quality of the applications within your scope and manage related maintenance and development.
