Buscamos Administrador de Sistemas y Redes.
Hay trabajos que no siempre se ven, pero que son esenciales para que todo lo demás funcione. Este es uno de ellos. Como Administrador/a de Sistemas y Redes, te encargarás de que, cada día, nuestros sistemas, redes y servicios estén en marcha, listos y operativos.
- Instalar, configurar y mantener sistemas operativos en servidores (Windows, Linux), resolviendo cualquier problema que surja.
- Gestionar redes locales (LAN/WAN), configurando routers y switches, y solucionando problemas de conectividad.
- Supervisar servicios como DNS, DHCP y Active Directory, manteniéndolos siempre operativos.
- Realizar copias de seguridad, restauraciones y actualizaciones para proteger los datos y mantener todo al día.
- Trabajar con plataformas en la nube como AWS, Azure y Google Cloud, asegurando que los servicios se mantengan estables.
- Atender incidencias técnicas, documentando soluciones para facilitar futuras intervenciones.
- Dar soporte a compañeros, ayudándolos a resolver problemas técnicos y optimizando las herramientas que utilizan en su día a día.
- Configurar y mantener servidores web (Apache, Nginx, IIS) y CMS como WordPress.
- Gestionar servidores y clientes de correo, solucionando incidencias en Microsoft 365 y Google Workspace.
- Experiencia previa en administración de sistemas y redes.
- Capacidad para gestionar y resolver tareas del día a día, priorizando con criterio.
- Facilidad para encontrar soluciones prácticas y efectivas.

What you'll be doing

As a 1st-level IT Support Specialist, you will serve as the critical first point of contact for our users, ensuring efficient handling of their technical inquiries. Your role involves troubleshooting common issues, providing clear guidance, and accurately assessing situations to escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams. With your strong communication skills and technical knowledge, you will play a key role in maintaining operational continuity and delivering a seamless IT support experience.
More specifically, you will:
- Responding to customer requests via email, phone, or chat with empathy and professionalism.
- Identifying, analyzing, and documenting customer issues, ensuring they are resolved promptly or escalated to the appropriate second-level support team when necessary.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver timely solutions and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining a clear and detailed log of all interactions in our ticketing system
What you'll bring:
Minimum Requirements
- Fluency in English C1: Essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Proven Service Desk Operations Experience: Practical experience handling service desk tasks is crucial.
- Living in Malaga (going to the office is required)
- Availability:
- Able to pick up calls during the day.
- Available for 24x7 support, considering time zone differences (e.g., US time zone).
Desired Knowledge and Skills
- ITIL Guidelines:
- Background in ITIL is preferred but flexible.
- ITIL certification is a plus but not mandatory or a blocker.
- Technical Skills (as a plus, all skills can be learned during training):
- Jira: Knowledge of Jira is desired but can be learned during training.
- AWS: Understanding of AWS is a plus, particularly in the context of the big picture rather than detailed infrastructure setup.
- Basic Server Management: Ability to perform basic tasks such as cleaning disk space, restarting services, etc., preferably using tools like Jenkins.
- Virtual Machines: Basic knowledge of using and managing virtual machines.
- Identity Management: Not required but beneficial.
- Database and Server Technologies: Familiarity with Nginx, Tomcat, Java, Varnish, and basic database management.
- Debugging Tools: Ability to use tools like Chrome debugging tools and Dynatrace for preliminary diagnostics.
- Log Management: Understanding of log management tools like Loki and Grafana.
- Soft Skills:
- Customer Communication: Strong communication skills to keep customers informed and reassured.
- Ownership and Responsibility: Ability to take ownership of issues and ensure they are resolved or adequately escalated.

We are looking for a Technical Architect to work in the front-end of our Remote Gaming Platform. Our RGP is an innovative platform that allows us to deliver world class games and provide a rich set of ecosystem capabilities for a richer gaming experience. Our platform is deployed in multiple jurisdictions and integrates with several operators, providing our content to millions of players across the globe.
Aristocrat Interactive is a product lead organisation, as a front-end Technical Architect, you will own the technical direction of a number of products and capabilities at Aristocrat Interactive. This requires working very closely with the Product Owners, other Architects, business and operations stakeholders in order to help the Development Teams bring to life the desired features and technical improvements.
As part of the Architecture team, you will also work with the rest of the Architects to help define the future state of our platforms alongside the technologies and technical processes that we will use. The Architecture team’s focus is helping the development teams, and ultimately the business, to deliver value to our customers quickly and efficiently.
Aristocrat Interactive systems are cloud native and highly distributed, with many of our environments running in the public cloud. We favour high CD/CI and QA automation and infrastructure as code.

*What We´re Looking For*
* Strong JavaScript/TypeScript experience, along with related technologies such as websockets, HTML and CSS

* Working knowledge of Python
* Strong front-end security experience with browser features such as CORS and Content Security Policy headers
* Experience with technologies for network routing and web servers such as Nginx and Envoy Proxy
* Experience with on premise S3 object storage such as Minio, Zenko Cloudserver or similar
* Good understanding of container technology and ideally Kubernetes
* Ideally experience with Service Mesh technologies such as Istio and the how Istio uses the Envoy proxy to underpin the Service Mesh
* Be able to apply critical thinking to identify and resolve critical live issues in a timely manner
* API design and system integration (REST, RPC)
* Continuous delivery and integration
