Desde Crearte Consulting estamos buscando un FullStack Developer para una StarutUp consolidada que ayuda a empresas de Gran Consumo y Suministros Industriales a tomar el control de sus compras y potenciar su cadena de suministros para ser más competitivas.
Utilizan todo el poder de los datos y la inteligencia artificial, para generar órdenes de compra perfectas, que minimizan los costes y los riesgos. Olvídate de perder oportunidades por no tener los datos en tiempo real, de tener que hacer revisiones manuales, de romper stock, y perder recursos.

Estamos buscando un/a Desarrollador/a Fullstack Senior con sólida experiencia en Python y Angular para liderar el desarrollo de su plataforma SaaS basada en Django. Trabajarás en una arquitectura multicliente (multitenant) que da servicio a múltiples clientes, enfrentando desafíos relacionados con la escalabilidad, el aislamiento de datos y la personalización.
Participarás activamente en el diseño, construcción y evolución de la aplicación, colaborando con los equipos de backend, frontend, IA y producto.

RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Desarrollar nuevas funcionalidades tanto en el frontend (Angular) como en el backend (Django/Python).
- Participar en el diseño técnico de una arquitectura multicliente robusta y mantenible.
- Integrar APIs y servicios internos y externos.
- Colaborar con los equipos de producto, diseño y datos para mejorar la plataforma.
- Escribir pruebas automatizadas y contribuir al proceso de despliegue continuo.
- Mantener altos estándares de calidad de código y buenas prácticas (linting, testing, revisiones de código, etc.).

About the Role

As the Senior Back-End Engineer, you will design and develop software solutions, assist fellow engineers through peer coding and reviews, and lead discussions on development approaches and best practices. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to translate business needs into robust technological solutions that align with the product vision and roadmap.

Your responsibilities will be:
- Design and develop back-end software solutions deployed on-premises or in cloud-based environments used at scale.
- Maintain the performance, scalability, and security of software applications, ensuring they meet high standards of reliability for clients.
- Participate in design workshops with architects, review sessions with software engineers, and support engineering managers and product owners in driving SDLC processes.
- Effectively use new technologies to build and launch Proof of Concepts (PoC) with a prototyping approach.
- Collaborate with peers to ensure software engineering best practices are followed properly and efficiently.

We design and implements the solutions to automatize the code release and make changes in AWS architecture with two principal objectives: improve the platform to use new AWS functionalities and provision new architecture for the new projects that are designed by the Solution Architects. Appian Architecture Specialists implement changes at AWS platform that allow us to build automated deployments through the use of configuration management technology. We deploy new modules and upgrades and complete fixes within the production environment.

This position will have the following responsibilities:
• Creating AWS Cloud full based infrastructure required by the Openbank and ODS team.
• Creating and maintaining scripts to spin up and spin down instances required for application on demand.
• Maintaining all the company followed security compliances like passwords, key rotation policies.
• Providing direct server support during various operations such as deployment and general production.
• Collaborating with developers to make sure new environments meet requirements and conform to best practices
• Cost savings/ Cost Optimization is huge part of their activities. They tag and monitor the running instances and anything that is not required to run they not only need to shut them down but also find the root cause why they were not terminated properly in the first place (process issue or software issue).
• BPM Infrastructure technologies implementation, maintenance and support.
• Finally, work with DEV/STE team to deploy newer versions of software in Cloud and infrastructure improvements.

Specific experience and knowledge required:
• +2 years of experience in BPM infrastructure, services (elastic search, data-server, kafka, zookeeper, ...) and designing background. Experience
in Appian will be highly valued.
• +2 years of experience working with Cloud. Knowledge of cloud environments, with usage of modern patterns like infrastructure as code or ephemeral servers. AWS highly valued.
• Background in reverse proxy technologies such as NGINX, Apache, ...
• Background in systems automation and Linux administration
• Experience of three-layers architectures: web (Apache), engine (tomcat/spring) and database (MySQL, PostgreSQL and ORACLE)
• Expertise across source control tools, continuous integration tools and team management tools.
• Tools: shell script (bash), Python, Java script, Bamboo, Ansible, Awscli, Aws Cloudformation, Splunk, Grafana, Cloudwatch, Dockers, etc.

Buscamos un DevOps Engineer especializado en Kubernetes, GitOps y despliegues.

Requisitos:
- Experiencia práctica con Kubernetes en entornos productivos complejos y multi-tenant.
- Conocimiento avanzado de controladores como NGINX Ingress Controller y Gateway API (idealmente con Kong).
- Experiencia en definición de despliegues progresivos (canary, blue/green, auto-rollback) mediante Flagger.
- Experiencia sólida en implementación de procesos GitOps con Flux v2.
- Dominio de Kustomize y Helm para la definición y despliegue de recursos Kubernetes.
- Capacidad para construir y mantener consultas PromQL enfocadas en métricas funcionales y de negocio.
- Buen conocimiento de prácticas de observabilidad: logs, métricas, tracing.
- Habilidad para entender necesidades de negocio y traducirlas en soluciones técnicas de despliegue.
- Nivel de inglés alto (mínimo C1) tanto hablado como escrito.
