FUNCIONES y RESPONSABILIDADES:
1. Capacidad de crear espacios únicos y representarlos en imágenes estéticamente atractivas para la venta del proyecto.
2. Sensibilidad y creatividad a la hora de realizar la composición espacial de la escena, así como en buscar los puntos de vista que mejor transmitan la idea y el alcance del proyecto.
3. Conocimientos avanzados de modelado 3D, iluminación y renderizado de escenas arquitectónicas de exterior.
4. Interpretación con solvencia de planos arquitectónicos y saber transformarlos en objetos de tres dimensiones.
5. Conseguir un renderizado de máxima calidad.
6. Orientación al cliente externo.
7. Adaptación al cambio, responsabilidad ética y visión de negocio.
REQUISITOS DEL PUESTO:
+ Formación: preferiblemente Arquitectura o estudios afines (Ingeniería Civil, Diseño Gráfico, Diseño industrial…)
+ Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en creación de renders a nivel experto.
+Experiencia en Modelo 3D utilizando software como Rhinoceros, 3ds Max, Lumion, Revit, AutoCAD, etc.
+ Habilidad para trabajar eficientemente dentro de plazos establecidos.
+Capacidad para diseñar en consonancia con los estilos de la organización, manteniendo la armonía del entorno.

As An Architecture Trainee At Arup, You Will

JOB OVERVIEW
The role involves supporting multidisciplinary creative projects, ranging from 3D modeling to providing visual/aesthetic references. Candidates must be able to establish an internship agreement with their university.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist and collaborate with the design team on various projects.
- Support 3D modeling of furniture, ephemeral architecture, and commercial/temporary spaces.
- Render projects by creating material textures, setting up lighting, selecting views, etc.
- Develop manufacturing and assembly plans.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant academic background: Interior Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Ephemeral Architecture.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (SketchUp, Rhinoceros, V-Ray, etc.).

Job Description
As a Junior Architect, the candidate will be joining a highly motivated and proactive team, with multidisciplinary projects delivered across several geographies, with the potential to grow and thrive. Delivering diverse projects will provide candidate with the opportunity to learn from professionals working on different fields of expertise, acquiring general knowledge of the design and construction process. Reporting to the Project Support Manager, the Project Support analyst role is a key part of our solution delivery team. They will support our portfolio and project managers across the entire portfolio with all aspects of project initiation and closure.
This will include supporting in the production of progress reports, risk and issues logs, financial tracking and resource management plans.
- Assist Portfolio Managers in the production of highlight reports and other key project documentation.
- Support in the rollout and embedding of project management methodologies and processes across both internal and external teams.
- Support all project managers in the team with the compilation and regular updating of control logs incl. risk register and issue log.
- Ensure central document repository is managed and up to date.
- Ensure project management tooling is maintained and kept up to date.

En dnoise estamos buscando incorporar otro nuevo diseñador/a al departamento de espacios y producto. Tu trabajo será la conceptualización en 2D y 3D de interiores, arquitectura efímera, mobiliario ad hoc y elementos para activaciones de marca o eventos.
Implicará tanto la fase de diseño, en el que también estará presente el equipo de diseño gráfico, como la supervisión de la producción real.
Entrarías a trabajar en un equipo que combina la parte más creativa de una agencia con una capacidad de ejecución de los diseños propia, trabajando mano a mano con el equipo de producción.
Los criterios fundamentales de contratación pasan por tener un gusto excelente, estar muy al día de las tendencias, experiencia en puestos similares (diseñando espacios y objetos viables en relación al presupuesto y a su fabricación), vivir con pasión este trabajo y tener muchas ganas de crecer como profesional en proyectos de alto nivel.
El candidato/a seleccionado se integrará en una estructura amplia, con departamentos in house de otras especialidades como en digital, creativos, cuentas, etc. Somos gente muy multidisciplinar :) Vendrás para trabajar en diversos proyectos con clientes del máximo nivel.

Requisitos
Requisitos fundamentales:
- Excelente gusto estético, nuestros clientes buscan la máxima excelencia con diseños del máximo nivel.
- Formación afín a la oferta: diseño de interiores, arquitectura, diseño de producto, diseño industrial etc.
- Experiencia real en diseño de mobiliario y espacios.
- Ser capaz de abarcar todo el proceso: conceptualización, preparación de planos-documentación y supervisión de la producción. Tanto “desde cero” como siguiendo guidelines de cliente.
- Conocimiento de materiales y de técnicas de producción(en colaboración con el equipo de producción)
- Manejo suficiente de Illustrator y Photoshop. En dnoise hay equipo de diseño gráfico independiente con el que colaborarás mano a mano. El manejo de estas herramientas será necesario, ya que se aplica a diario en un proceso de diseño 360.

- Plaza de aparcamiento: El centro de trabajo dispone de suficientes plazas de garaje que pueden ser usadas por el equipo, en caso de que lo necesiten, y haya disponibilidad(suele haberla). En caso de no disponer de plaza se puede aparcar en la zona sin mucha dificultad
- Gran cantidad de servicios en la zona: A menos de 200m hay disponibilidad de Bares y restaurantes, McDonalds y Burger King(cuidado con el colesterol) supermercados (Mercadona y Lidl), bazares etc. Todo lo que necesites lo tienes al lado.
