Dein Profil

• Liderar la definición, evolución y gobierno de la arquitectura TI de la organización.

• Experiencia sólida como Líder de Arquitectura TIC preferiblemente en sector financiero, seguros o consultoría estratégica, ejerciendo responsabilidad en la toma decisiones y aseguramiento de los resultados. Experiencia en gestión de carteras de proyectos complejos, incluyendo fundamentos sólidos en gobierno y gestión de las prioridades, de los recursos técnicos y del presupuesto, con clara orientación a los resultados.
• Experiencia en definición de arquitecturas corporativas (enterprise architecture) y gobierno tecnológico.

We are looking for a MLOps / AIOps / LLMOps / AgentOps Engineer to join a multidisciplinary Data & AI team. The main mission of this role is to design, operate, and continuously evolve our AIOps platform, ensuring that our AI products run in a reliable, scalable, and cost‑efficient way.

This position is strongly focused on platform, infrastructure, automation, observability, and operations rather than on building ML models or AI products themselves.

Descripción

• Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo para implementar prácticas DevOps
• Diseñar, automatizar y mantener pipelines CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Gestionar y desplegar contenedores mediante Docker y Kubernetes/OpenShift
• Diseñar soluciones técnicas y arquitectura previa a despliegue en producción
• Implementar infraestructura como código (Terraform) en entornos AWS
• Crear y gestionar templates Helm para despliegues en ROSA
• Asegurar la escalabilidad, disponibilidad y seguridad de los sistemas
• Participar en planificación de capacidad y revisiones de lanzamientos
• Gestionar versiones y flujos de trabajo con Git (gitflow)
• Documentar procesos y realizar transferencia de conocimiento (KT)
• Colaborar en la creación de nuevos entornos siguiendo buenas prácticas DevOps

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• Experiencia sólida en Jenkins y GitHub Actions
• Conocimiento avanzado en Helm y despliegue en Kubernetes/OpenShift (ROSA)
• Experiencia en creación y gestión de contenedores Docker
• Experiencia con Terraform para despliegues en AWS
• Conocimiento avanzado de control de versiones con Git (gitflow)
• Experiencia en entornos Linux

• Diseñar, implementar y mantener infraestructuras de automatización y despliegue continuo.
• Supervisar y optimizar los entornos de desarrollo, pruebas y producción.
• Gestionar y solucionar problemas relacionados con sistemas de software y hardware.
• Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo para integrar herramientas y procesos DevOps.

• Capacidad para trabajar en entornos Linux y Windows.
• Conocimientos en lenguajes de scripting como Python, Bash o similar.
• Conocimiento en herramientas de infraestructura como código como Terraform o CloudFormation.
• Habilidades en la configuración y uso de sistemas de monitorización.
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con otros departamentos.
• Actitud proactiva y orientada a la resolución de problemas.
• Nivel de Inglés Fluido, hablado y escrito. Se utilizará con compañeros y proyectos internacionales.
