After securing a successful €450K Pre-Seed round, we’re gearing up for our Seed Round to fuel growth and are looking for a passionate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team.
Our cutting-edge AI-driven lead generation technology empowers sales teams to focus on what matters most: selling. By automating manual prospecting, we help optimize workflows, ensuring a predictable and scalable sales pipeline—no wasted time, just results.
What You'll Do
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients. Your main focus will be to build relationships and create opportunities for the Sales team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) using tools like LinkedIn, Google Maps, and our internal AI lead-generation platform.
- Outreach: Conduct high-volume outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to engage leads and introduce them to Genesy AI’s value proposition.
- Qualifying Leads: Ask the right questions to qualify leads, understand their pain points, and determine their fit for our platform.
- Booking Meetings: Schedule discovery calls and demos for the Sales team, ensuring a seamless handoff with context and key information.
- CRM Management: Keep all activities and lead details organized in HubSpot CRM to maintain accurate records and ensure follow-ups are timely and effective.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align on messaging, campaigns, and strategies to optimize outreach performance.
- Feedback: Share insights from conversations with leads to inform product improvements and marketing efforts.
We’re seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who’s results-driven, resilient, and eager to grow within the sales function. Our ideal candidate has:
- Experience: No prior experience needed—just bring your motivation and energy! Experience in SaaS or B2B? That’s a nice bonus!
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Prospecting Tools: Experience with HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach tools.
- Resilience: Comfortable with rejection and motivated to hit daily and monthly targets.
- Curiosity: Eager to understand client pain points and learn how our product can solve them.
- Adaptability: Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and quickly adapt to new processes and tools.
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
