En GSK, buscamos un Medical Science Liaison (MSL) especializado en Hematología (Mieloma Múltiple) con residencia en Galicia apasionado por la ciencia y el impacto en la salud de los pacientes. Serás el puente entre la comunidad médica y nuestra innovación, impulsando un diálogo científico de alto nivel sobre nuestras terapias hematológicas.
¿Cuál será tu propósito?
A través de la interacción científica con expertos en Mieloma múltiple, contribuirás a un entorno médico más informado, asegurando una comprensión basada en evidencia sobre nuestras soluciones terapéuticas y recolectando insights clave que ayuden a mejorar la atención de los pacientes con enfermedades hematológicas.
🔹 Responsabilidades principales:
- Establecer un diálogo científico con hematólogos y otros expertos sobre nuestro portafolio.
- Actuar como expositor en eventos científicos y congresos de Hematología para compartir conocimientos y fomentar el debate clínico.
- Responder a consultas médicas sobre nuestros tratamientos con información rigurosa y basada en evidencia.
- Capturar y transmitir información clave del entorno hematológico para apoyar estrategias internas.
- Colaborar con equipos comerciales y médicos para asegurar estrategias alineadas con el paciente y la comunidad hematológica.
- Apoyar en la educación científica de los equipos internos y profesionales de la salud.
- Cubrir la zona de Galicia, Asturias y Canarias.
🔹 Título universitario en Ciencias de la Vida (PhD, MSc) o profesión en el área de la salud (médico, farmacéutico, enfermero, etc.), preferiblemente con experiencia en Hematología.
🔹 Experiencia mínima de 3 años en la industria farmacéutica en roles de intercambio científico con expertos.
🔹 Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y capacidad de adaptar información a diferentes audiencias.
🔹 Capacidad para traducir ciencia compleja en mensajes claros y accesibles.
🔹 Conocimiento en desarrollo clínico y análisis estadístico, idealmente en el área de Hematología.
🔹 Pasión por la educación médica y el aprendizaje continuo.

¿Qué buscamos?
Buscamos una persona con Formación Profesional y experiencia en áreas productivas. En dependencia del Líder de Turno su misión será realizar el programa de producción asignado, perfectamente integrada en su equipo de trabajo, siguiendo y cumpliendo los procedimientos establecidos y asegurando el buen funcionamiento de los procesos y la calidad de los productos fabricados.
Su misión será gestionar todas las actividades técnicas de los niveles dentro de su familia profesional así como el cumplimiento de las normas y estándares que apliquen.
Se trata de una posición temporal.
Principales responsabilidades:
- EHS: Tener adquirida el conocimiento de EHS de los procesos que se vayan a ejecutar.
- Tecnología de Fabricación: Conocer y cumplir las normas de equipos, limpiezas, estándares y hojas de ruta en las que se intervenga y sus correspondientes actualizaciones. Ser capaz de realizar cambios de formato y ajuste en equipos productivos. Liderar determinadas fases de elaboración de líquidos. Manejo y conocimiento de los controles en proceso asociados a los procesos de los que será responsable.
- Calidad: . Cumplimentar correctamente la documentación de los lotes en las fases en que se intervenga.
- Titulación mínina de Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior, preferiblemente relacionada con mantenimiento, robótica o ciencias de la salud.
- Experiencia en entornos productivos.
- Atención al detalle y organización.
- Conocimientos de SAP.
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
