What we are looking

Currently we're looking for a Training & Development Business Partner to ensure the GXO University core programmes are effectively deployed across Iberia to deliver effective learning and talent development solutions that meet the regional business objectives. Collaborate with HR and the business to align talent strategies with business goals, fostering a productive and engaged workforce.

What will you do on a day-to-day

Your responsabilies will included:

• Lead and coordinate Talent & Learning programmes in Iberia. Promote GXO University initiatives and development solutions. Develop solutions for leadership groups as well as key business priorities. Continues developing and promoting the e-learning experience through the LMS.
• Collaborate with HR and the business to align talent strategies with business goals, fostering a productive and engaged workforce. Strong communication, strategic thinking and a deep understanding of organisational needs are essential for this tole.
• Lead and coordinate the Performance and Talent Management processes in Iberia. Provide expert advice to all sites. Develop change management tools to continuously improve the manager and employee experience across Iberia.
• Develop People Reviews processes and tools, coordinates the deployment across Iberia. Support and coach the HR Teams in Iberia. Provide regional analysis, develop recommendations to the leadership, and recommendations on the organization to action plans. Monitors and manages succession plans and key actions deriving from the People review process.
• Manage the Iberian Graduate programmes as a talent pipeline and incubator for key business roles.
• Support Employee Engagement initiatives, promote best practices.
• In close cooperation with the Talent Acquisition and Communications Teams, develop the Employer Branding and support internal communications
• Oversee operational and safety training to ensure Operation and Training excellence across Iberia. Consult on start-ups and bring Start-up Training Centre of Excellence into engagement.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Experience of managing Entry Development Programmes.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching and incluencing skills
• Knowledge of media-based learning and LMSs
• Understanding of talent learning theories and mechanisms

• Excellence communicator, with the ability to use a eide range of communication methods
• Strategic thinking
• Exceptional inter-personal skills, able to develop effective relationship with senior management, peers, colleagues, and external providers

¿Qué estamos buscando?

Buscamos un Supervisor de almacén que se encargará de la inspección y organización del área logística del almacén, tanto a nivel de mercancía y productos como a nivel de gestión de personal, con el objetivo de distribuir a los clientes los pedidos de mercancía en tiempo y forma.

¿Qué harás en el día a día?

Principalmente tus responsabilidades serán:

• Gestionar y organizar, operativa y administrativamente su área, supervisando el trabajo de sus jefes de equipo y resto de recursos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los compromisos establecidos en tiempo y forma con nuestro cliente, para alcanzar los objetivos planificados.
• Desarrollo y control de la actividad siguiendo los procedimientos operativos establecidos
• Análisis y resolución de incidencias
• Cumplimiento de planificación, indicadores, registros y cuadro de control
• Cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio acordados con el cliente, objetivos de productividad, fiabilidad de stock, mermas de producto, absentismo y siniestralidad
• Cumplimiento de las normas internas : calidad, medio ambiente y prevención
• Orden y limpieza en las áreas de trabajo, correcto estado de instalación y medios técnicos.
• Mantenimiento del buen clima laboral

¿Qué se necesita para tener éxito en GXO?

Estamos pensando en una persona con:

• Preferible FP II, Ciclos formativos de grado superior en el área logística. Se valorará especialmente la titulación superior.
• Al menos 1 años de experiencia en gestión de almacenes.
• Experiencia gestionando equipos de al menos 10 personas.
• Alto nivel de MS Excel y conocimientos a nivel usuario en otras herramientas de MS Office (Word, Power Point).
• Demostrada capacidad de liderazgo, persuasión, iniciativa y trabajo en equipo.
• Demostrada capacidad analítica y orientación a la resolución de problemas y a la mejora continua.
• Flexible para trabajar en turnos rotativos, aunque principalmente será turno de mañana.
• Muy valorable conocimientos de Lean Management y Six Sigma.
• Muy valorable conocimientos de programación SQL.
