We are seeking a dynamic AI Solutions Consultant to join our growing European AI agency. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to analyse business needs, design intelligent workflows, and optimise operations in customer support, logistics, marketing, and sales.

The successful candidate will bridge the gap between technical expertise and business strategy, working closely with clients to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation and delivering actionable solutions that create tangible business value.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Strategy Development:

• Collaborate with clients to deeply understand their business processes, pain points, and opportunities for optimisation.
• Present and pitch AI-powered solutions tailored to client needs, demonstrating potential ROI and business impact.

AI Workflow Design & Implementation:

• Design and implement intelligent agents, workflows, and chatbots using platforms like Make.com, OpenAI, and other enterprise AI tools.
• Customize solutions to streamline operations, enhance customer experiences, and improve efficiency.

Business Analysis & Solution Mapping:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client workflows to identify areas for automation and AI adoption.
• Create implementation roadmaps that balance technical feasibility with business objectives.

Project Delivery & Client Success:

• Manage AI implementation projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and measurable results.
• Provide ongoing support and training to help clients maximize the value of AI solutions.

Industry Trends & Innovation:

• Stay at the forefront of AI developments and recommend new tools or methodologies to improve service offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to analyse business needs and design AI-driven workflows and solutions to optimize operations.
• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with platforms like Make.com, OpenAI, and other workflow automation or chatbot development tools.
• Projects: Demonstratable projects such as workflows in Make.com and chatbots.
• Client-Focused: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to non-technical stakeholders and managing client relationships.
• Business Acumen: Ability to assess ROI, manage project scope, and align AI solutions with client objectives.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working across various industries and quickly learning about new business models.

Desired Experience

• Demonstrated success in designing and deploying AI-powered solutions for business use cases.
• Experience in a client-facing role, such as consulting or business analysis, where collaboration and strategic thinking were essential.
• Knowledge of AI platforms like OpenAI, Azure, or Google Cloud and familiarity with LLMs, automation tools, and chatbot frameworks.
• Understanding of AI ethics, governance, and compliance.
