About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Officer to join our dynamic team in Madrid. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, utilizing your fluency in English to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to clients through effective communication and relationship management.
- Analyze client needs and resolve inquiries with an analytical and solution-driven approach.
- Maintain accurate records and process data using Excel and other office tools.
- Education: Minimum Bac+2 (or equivalent).
- Languages: Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or customer service position is preferred.
Working Hours
Night Shift: 22:00–06:30 or 01:00–10:00 (8 hours per day, including a 30-minute break)
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (5 working days with flexible scheduling).
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary: €21,000–€24,000 per year.
- Annual Bonus: Up to €170 gross (paid in April, variable).
- Quarterly Bonus: Up to €200 gross per quarter (variable).
- Year-End Bonus: €1,000 of the annual base salary (paid in December, variable based on goals).
- Meal Allowance: €9 per working day.
- Transport Allowance: €50 per month (gross).
- Health Insurance: Provided from day one at no cost to you.
- Teleworking: Available after 6 months (up to 2 days per week).
