Responsibilities
- Coordinating work between client and other stakeholders (designers, copywriters)
- Attending client meetings and actively engaging in client discussions and status reporting
- Reviewing the availability of information in the database and on the eRetailer webpage
- Participation and overseeing content production - translations, proofreading, checking if the content is correct and in line with the requirements of the particular eRetailer (both graphics and text) as well as properly optimised
- Constant skills improvement and learning of eCommerce trends
- Research, audits, competition analysis, recommendation of changes
- Taking necessary actions according to the content audit results (gap closing)
- Identifying risks and suggesting solutions
- Cooperating with a team of specialists who support each other
- Creating a friendly and exciting workplace
- Experience in eCommerce / Digital - at least 1,5 year
- Advanced level of Spanish and English language
- Very good coordination and organization skills
- Quality control skills and Attention to detail
- Problem solving and analytical thinking
- Experience with common tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook
- Very good communication skills
- Feeling comfortable with repetitive tasks (audit – upload – update & live check)
- Adaptability to new tools and technologies
- Ability to work in dynamic environment
- Experience with Beauty brands
- Experience with Salsify or any other PIM/DAM tool
- Cooperation based on B2B contract or individual contract of service through the professional Deel platform for international cooperation
