Are you a dynamic and experienced Sales Agent looking to excel in the vibrant Real Estate sector? Our esteemed client is expanding their presence in Marbella and seeks professional salespeople with a proven track record in luxury property sales.
Engage with clients interested in properties valued at €1 million and above.
Benefit from a dedicated sales and marketing team focused on your success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Language Skills: Fluency in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
- Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated experience and success in high-value property sales with strong negotiation skills.
- Luxury Real Estate Expertise: Preferably experienced in the luxury property market in Marbella, including acquisition, valuation, presentation, and sales.
- Tech-Savvy: High proficiency in computer and literacy skills.
- Professional Presence: Highly presentable with a positive, focused mindset.
- Personable and Motivational: Confident, approachable, and motivational personality.
- Local Knowledge: Extensive understanding of the Costa del Sol, particularly Marbella and its surroundings.
- Transportation: Own a car and hold a valid Spanish driving licence.
- Legal Requirements: Must have Spanish residency with the right to work in Spain.
- Industry-leading earning potential with a basic salary of up to €1,500 plus a competitive commission structure starting at 25%, depending on experience.
